Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was okay but one staff member named Harold was outstanding. He was friendly and recommended great places to visit!

Very desapointing for a Marriott hotel.
Booked a room with king and sofa bed for the kid. Been told that we actually need to make the bed and put the sheets on ourselves if we want to use it. That sheets were in the room closet. First time I’ve been asked to do it. And of course no sheets whatsoever in the room. So they finnaly give us a set but no blanket. Really not on par with Marriott usual standards.

It's a good location, right off of the highway. A good hotel to stay in for travelers.
Rooms: The rooms are pretty nice. Nice and comfortable beds with great quality pillows and sheets. The only thing that I didn't care for is having the bathroom sink in one room and the toilet with shower in the other.

The breakfast was hopeless and boring never changed my whole stay. We are in Vermont at least get some good syrup. The bed was excellent the best in my life. I slept very well but the breakfast was horrid no doubt!!

Please be extremely cautious when booking your next stay. I would not typically leave a review, but unfortunately I was ignored by both the property GM, Alan Goldstein and Bar Manager, Donna Turner-Robinson. I have some very valid concerns regarding the way this property is run, and even larger concerns from a professional standpoint.

Marriott should sell this place off and separate from the name. But Marriott has been slipping recently and I have found that their standards have fallen. Broken bathroom, nobody tending the bistro bar, limited food, and just overall disappointment for the price.
Hey Marriott, I’m going to start sending my 3000+ planner and transient room nights to Hilton.
Get your stuff in a pile, you’re getting fat and lazy. If “sorry” is all the staff can say for their shortcomings then “sorry” is the rating you get.

Excellent rooms: clean and renovated. But it was pricey and breakfast wasn’t included.

horrible customer service. we were staying for two nights- after the first night, we spent the whole day outside the hotel, and upon returning, found the room unserviced. when we talked to the employee at the front desk, we were told our room was unable to be serviced because we were only staying for two nights. this location is clearly trying to cut costs by sacrificing customer experience. additionally, the employee we spoke to was incredibly dismissive. overall a negative experience. would not recommend.

For a place relatively close to Burlington, this was a nice little find!
Receptionists were pretty chill, seemed very comfortable with where they work (which is good in my opinion).
I like how the hotel was tucked away, being away from traffic is a must.
The room was pretty good, quaint and comfortable for a 4 night stay.
Breakfast is not included with your stay, but my partner and I just skipped it and personally didn’t care about this “problem.”
I’m usually very picky with where I stay, but this place was quaint and comfortable. I would come back again!
(It is weird how close you are to your “neighbors” {I could hear the person next door hacking a lung}, but overall everything was good).

That was a pretty mediocre room for $540/night. Chips in the tub with rust showing, a window that wouldn’t close. Although, they have a friendly and helpful staff.

Price is the main reason for this review. Granted it was the start of fall colors, but it wasn’t peak season, and we paid $390 one night and $560 the next. For that, you’d expect something extraordinary, especially considering we had just stayed in a ski resort in Mont Tremblant for half the price and a much nicer room. However, this experience was well below par on every level. The bathtub was dirty, the faucet was coming out of the wall, and reeked of mildew. We were on the first floor, attempted to open the sliding glass door, but it was mostly blocked with built-up moss, dirt, and mildew in the tracks. The breakfast was horrible and also overpriced - $11 for cold eggs, soggy bacon, and watery coffee. If it was closer to downtown Burlington, this would help, but it’s not. The location is more remote not walkable to anything.
We spent a week in the area, including drives to Stowe, multiple hikes within a one-hour drive, and delightful meals at unexpected remote places, and came away from the experience thinking, if we were to do it again, we’d definitely stay elsewhere, anywhere, pay half the cost somewhere off the beaten path, at a cleaner hotel with friendlier staff and a tastier way to fuel up for gorgeous hikes in the Vermont mountains. Do better, Courtyard. This was awful.

I along with my wife spent this past weekend at the courtyard while attending the NSRA event in Burlington
Second year at this establishment and it stands out as being one of the finest establishments I've stayed at in my 79 years of extensive traveling .
