It's a sad business, and I will never stay here or recommend it. I made a mistake and booked the wrong Courtyard by Marriott. I called them soon after I realized the mistake, and they refused to refund my money since I had to use a 3rd party app. It doesn't matter to them that I live in hotels for the majority of the year and have a Platinum Elite status. Piss poor business practices. They can forget any of my companies' business once we start working in the area. $131.00 charge will cost at least $10,000 in missed reservations. Too bad for you not that a cold business has that much foresight.

Great price for location. Close to Burlington and Montpellier. Sheets and bathroom were clean. I needed something printed last minute and the front desk rep, I believe her name was Srijane was very helpful and accommodating.

I highly recommend this hotel. We visited last weekend and as per the front desk staff ALL OF THE ROOMS and HALLWAYS HAVE BEEN REMODELED!! It smelled fresh and new!! The front desk staff were nice and efficient. There was a little store at the front desk. They also have a bar open at night. The bar serves non-alcoholic drinks in the morning. Our room was very clean. The bathroom had a shower with a sun-shower head and a sliding glass door. The water pressure was reasonable. The bed was comfortable. They kept the older style flat screen TV which is fine with me. We had access to Netflix without having to use our own log in. The heater in the room is not new. It's the old school heater that hotel and motels use that are by the window. It was loud at times, but it was warm and functioned properly. I also don't mind this because it offered white noise. The hotel was quiet at night and we were there on a weekend on the first floor. The room comes with a Keurig coffee maker with decaf and regular coffee pods, 2 free bottles of water, a mini fridge and a microwave. The gym is small, but also has been remodeled and has NEW equipment. The breakfast is $10.95 and is your standard breakfast that is usually free at other Marriot chain hotels. The elevator was working! The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. It is also about 30 minutes to Bolton Valley Ski Resort. The parking lot was safe and well-lit. Don't believe the bad reviews!

Clean courtyard with few great staffs(all are possibly immigrants) who are very polite, courteous and has well defined customer service. They are under renovation but nonetheless, we experienced mild inconvenience. Ample complimentary parking space. Breakfast is at $10.95 buffet. Pool is warm during our winter staycation which is really awesome. Has a gym, laundry, ATM, computer for use and ice machine.

Very unimpressed with this hotel. The elevator was out for all four days I was there with no update on when it would be fixed which it never was. Only one stairwell access, other one off limits. Had to carry my bags three flights up and down. Front desk offered to help, but I denyed as she was smaller than me. Daily construction starting prior to 8am. My room had a rattling radiator that could not be fixed so I had to change rooms - carrying my bag. And this morning snow plowing starting at 4/5am for hours. Nothing is available onsite at night and if you want some wine, the bottle they had was $51. I’m a Bonvoy member for 15+ years and only stay at their hotels, but would never return here.

Hmm, not really sure, how to rate this place. Okay- the staff - excellent!! Very nice and kindThe rooms- bad! Really really bad. This place is old and tacky. It is more like a skii resort which needs major renovations. The rooms and common areas are dirty. There are webs all around, even on stairs, laundry room, ice rooms. When you enter room you have a wired feeing of opening a room locked for 10 years and it is dusty from windows and above your bed. The bathtub was cracked and everything was just so old, broken. The staff however is amazing, when you the breakfast at reception, the chef, the welcome staff, receptionist all are super kind and friendly. They are trying their best to keep this property running.

Quiet location tucked out of the way. Was here for two separate weeks. The first week I was upgraded to a suite that was really comfortable, with the only complaints being the weird couch designs Marriott is going with that aren't the most constant l comfortable for those that like to lounge, and the lack of lights above the wet bar.The second week I was given an extended double queen room. My complaints revolved around the bathroom. The tub had rusted worn spots and the faucet was pulling away from the wall, allowing water to flow into the wall and leaving me concerned about mold. The tub floor was also overly rounded and felt like it had sagged over the years. They moved me one floor down, and actually thanked me for the complaints because they can't fix something if they don't know it's broken. The new room had the same sagging tub floor with water stains indicating a drainage issue. Sure enough, after my shower there was some standing water left that couldn't drain. The hotel is in the middle of the quietest remodel I've ever seen, I heard zero noise while staying there, even though I could see where they were working. I was away for most of each day for work, though.Despite the issues I would stay here again as aside from traffic noise through the windows (will never understand hotels using internal soundproofing but then using cheap thin windows...) it was quiet and I slept well. No sports teams, no loud families, no kids running through halls, just peace and quiet.

This place was great but the customer service was exceptional! I left my wallet in the room and Gina went above and beyond to make sure it was shipped directly to me next day. I cannot thank this team enough for how pleasant they were and how helpful in such a dumb moment caused by none other than me!

I was meeting my online boyfriend here to finally meet. It turns out it was a catfish :( My granddaughter did warn me that my boyfriend shouldn’t be asking for $400 in iTunes gift cards but I was blinded by love. Not all was lost, the hotel staff was fabulous and I enjoyed a great meal, for one, at the hotel restaurant Bleu.

This is one of the best if not thee best Courtyards I have stayed in. It looks like the upper floors were recently renovated so it is very clean! A quick and easy 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington. A cozy fireplace in the lobby and in the backyard area. Sarah G provided exceptional service and had a warm personality, quickly granting me with requests. Their maintenance staff also ensured a great stay! I would 10/10 recommend all my friends and family to stay here when they are in the area.
