I dropped off my laptop and can’t talk to anyone at the store when I call? I called the number associated with the store and kept getting rerouted to other people. This is ridiculous and very sketchy!
Update: of course I receive the same generic response as everyone else. Not being able to speak with the people I am entrusting with repairing my computer is unacceptable. I call the 800 number and get someone I can barely understand and provides me no information. I will never use Best Buy again.

worst Best Buy I've ever been to. First of all I had to wait about 40 minutes in line to talk to the kid that I talked to. I was very adamant about how I wanted a touchscreen laptop and we went over four different laptops two of them happen to be open box. So I decided to go with the Samsung which he was very a Confident that it was touchscreen. Well I live two hours away from the store and I wanted to buy my laptop come home and use it without any problems. I didn't check it because The Kid told me that it was touchscreen and it was also 750 and closed in 10 minutes so I left and went home. I open the laptop The next day surprise surprise it's not touchscreen. I called Best Buy customer service they are no help they tell me I have to drive back to the store no matter what. So now I'm out $650 on this stupid Samsung laptop that I don't even want. I'm gonna make a ride down there tomorrow. I'll update everyone what happens. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy I have to drive two hours back because of their mistake. Nobody wants to help unless I drive all the way back.

This store has always been great with helping me find devices and getting them up and going, I recommend this store to everyone looking to buy a new electronic device, whether it be a phone, TV, laptop, speaker, ect. They absolutely. I've never been let down in the 10 years I've been going for new devices/electronics. Great staff, extremely friendly, VERY helpful.

Some angry gross dude in makeup watching the entrance immediately started questioning me why i was there. He/IT whatever started telling me not to go over to the geek squad they were busy. Never had anyone in a best buy act this way! I got help from the geek squad but was super pissed by the time i got there! Get rid of the hideous jerk harassing people!

Ok this is the worst Best Buy I’ve been to in years. We went to get some memory for our laptop. An associate helped us but barely let us look at it to read the specs before he brought it up to customer service and told us we could get it at checkout time. We bought one more thing and headed up to the service desk to get the memory.
The “greeter” at the front of the store comes running over to help us and we told him that there was memory for us to purchase at the desk.
He walks over to the desk, picks up the memory and walks back to us.
I went to hold the memory in my hands because I can’t see it well with my glasses at more than arm’s length distance and the man pulls the memory back towards his chest and says we are not allowed to touch it until we purchase it! So I can’t even read the specs to make sure we are getting the right type of memory until I purchase it? That makes no sense whatsoever!
I think it was primarily because we were both dressed in very casual clothing, he probably thought we would take the $70 memory chips and make a break for the door then pawn it! This is absurd.
The greeter should be fired. Here is an idea, how about the USB-A to lightening cable I bought. It’s about half the price and much easier to pocket, or perhaps an Apple Watch?
We won’t be back to this Best Buy ever again. Perhaps not “any” Best Buy after this incident. They treated us like we were criminals. I’m a professional and own my own biz and my wife works for the Federal Government.

I asked a kid about some Chromebooks and he laughed at me for wanting to buy a Chromebook and then he proceeded to not have any information or expertise about the Chromebooks. It was really funny. I should have just asked that helpful 50-year-old dude.
Then an even younger kid at the service counter asked if I wanted to check out over there. I asked him if I can return My purchase if I unbox it and find it broken and he said "it won't be broken.". That was even funnier.
The greeters attitudes when they ask if you need help finding anything is so damn uncomfortable. They obviously hate asking that and we hate hearing it.

Ordered a tv , given a delivery window 10 days out , never delivered. Contacted customer support and told there was a problem at the warehouse and I'd need to reschedule delivery, first available date was 12 days out. Just got a " I understand your frustration " from the third customer service Representative I got transferred to. Same thing when I ordered a dryer a few years back . Horrible business to deal with, never again !

For the amount of employees in the store the majority of them are too busy on their phones to care about the customers. The checkout was closed - weird choice - walked around for ten minutes trying to figure out how to pay. If I didn't really need the coffee maker I would have just walked out. I will not be going back for any reason. This is why people online shop
