My cat gets pretty stressed out for her appointments, but I feel like this is the least stressful environment I've been able to find for her. I can tell that this is a space created by people who really love cats. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and I love the detailed notes I get sent to my email after every visit!

Wonderful, carling, loving people who took care of my senior fur baby in her final days. I can't thank them enough!

Affectionately Cats put my cats comfort and care first! After ruling out treatable conditions, Mookie's rapid decline indicated a serious neurological disorder that would require invasive treatment. With Dr. Lang's guidance at Affectionately Cats Veterinary Hospital, I made the humane decision to let Mookie pass away peacefully. Despite the difficulty, I am certain it was the right choice for my cherished feline companion. I adopted Mookie as a stray when he was brought to Affectionately Cats. It was meant to be that Dr Lang would be the one to help me put him at rest. I am forever greatful to her and her staff for their quick and kind care, putting my cat's comfort first.

10/10 would recommend to anyone worried about their little furry friend. Obviously making sure your best friend is healthy will cost something but these are the people I would trust with my lil man. Thank you! Y’all deserve 5 stars.
Also super fun waiting room very clean place all around, only dirt was from my shoes(my bad).

Great care, friendly people, respectful environment.Really happy with this vet, except for one small complaint. We made an appointment for a car neutering. My wife paid 50% at the time of making the appointment.$150 to make it, $300 total."is that exactly half of what the bill will be, including tax and all other costs?""Tax will add a few bucks but yes."Go in for the appointment, get handed a bill for $223."um, I paid half""yeah but there's these fees..." goes on to explain.I wasn't pleased, but had a drugged kitty and wanted to discuss it with my wife first before assuming my memory was correct.A simple misunderstanding I'm quite sure, but you did tell us it was exactly half, we budgeted for that number, and it is $78 higher. In this economy?Again, GREAT VET. Bring your cat here, but leave a financial buffer even when you are told a firm number. That's life though, great cat spot. Highly recommend,

Pure money grab.Took our 15 year old cat there for an urgent exam of an abscess that ruptured. Before even looking at the abscess they began to discuss surgery. They held her for over four hours, gave an exam. They did not even attempt to flush it. Then told us she needed surgery as it would "just refill". Gave us a quote of over 800$ just for the bloodwork to see if she could handle going under general. They also suggested fluids as she seemed dehydrated and quoted us 400$ for that.Because they mentioned the possibility of surgery before even looking, I chose a second opinion. My 15 year old is not going to risk surgery on her frail body unless it's absolutely necessary.Lo and behold, it isn't. As expected, the abscess was immediately flushed and she got a shot of antibiotics. It's all healed. She also received fluids for dehydration. She's fine, the total vet bill cost us less than half of what the bloodwork alone would have cost at affectionately cats! She did not need to be put under or sedated for treatment of an abscess. She didn't have to undergo an unnecessary and dangerous surgery. We questioned the second vet about a surgery for an abscess and they said they would only do that if it was cancerous, which they would test first!UPDATE: It is now a month later, my cat is completely healthy as of her last vet visit with the VCA. I stand by all statements here. This vet should be ashamed of themselves.

Amazing experience! These folks care about cats! Staff is very well trained and knowledgeable. Made my very nervous cat feel comfortable. Very clear in explaining recommended treatments. To the reviews claiming they charge too much, the doctor laid out treatment costs and urgency before doing anything to make sure treatments were within our budget. Go here if you care about your cats comfort!

Great place if you have tons of money and FREE time!!Booked a month in advance for a 4:30 checkup so I didn't have to leave work early. Last week I get 4 (yes FOUR) voicemail messages saying they needed us to come in for 4:15 instead. I then received 2 more calls which I answered and both times said OK we can be there at 4:15 and I arranged to leave early from work. Today, the day of the appointment, I leave work early drive home to pick up our cat to make the 4 :15 appoinment and at 3:55pm when I am 10 minutes away, they text me that they have to reschedule because they had an emergency this morning! IF the emergency was this morning, they had all day to call me and reschedule instead they wait until I'm around the corner with an unhappy cat in the car to tell me they can't stay to honor our appointment. LAME!!!!!!

INaffective in diagnosing and prescibing medication for 12 week old kitten resulting in a very serious worsening next morning and possibility of surgical intervention. Obviously not equipped to diagnose and refer to a more specialized facility which should have been discussed the day of treatment. Never suggested a follow-up appointment for the day after being seen.In my opinion, this is NOT the place to rely on for expert care of any cat, much less a kitten !Charge exhorbatant fees for basically substandard/very routine care. Please do research as to the excellent Vets in that area!PEAK is a good one about a mile away.

This veterinary clinic is a rip off that capitalizes on maximizing the fees and things your cat needs. The staff is kind but definitely well trained in getting the most money out of each client. The neutering process is really what blows my mind and I am incredibly disappointed in this office. I really wanted to love it and bring my cat here but it’s just a ridiculous price range and they LOVE to blindside with added fees and procedures that your cat “needs”

I went against my better judgement and tried to use Affectionately Cats after watching two friends have a bad experience. If you have extra money laying around and want to get extra things done to your cat that aren’t needed, you could still go here. Unfriendly on the phone and overcharge for services. I wish I had followed my gut and gone somewhere else which is what I ended up having to do anyways since they cancelled all of their neutering appointments for the next few months after I had already paid for their required physical and vaccines. Will not go back here no matter what pricing they offer.

Absolutely the best experience we've had with vet care. Every staff member is truly invested in the health, safety, and comfort of our cats, which has been proven again and again. The passion and dedication in attending to the unique needs of cats is exceptional, and our recent experiences with Dr. Coombs have been outstanding. I would never go anywhere else.

For a feline-specific vet, they missed a very common, basic feline-specific condition, multiple times. My cat has now been suffering needlessly with acute skin flare-ups. This place is 100% about the money and not about compassionate care. They see the dollar signs and not the family who’s paying them.

More like affectionately want your money, I've never had a worse vet and I've never seen someone make sure you have to make deposits just to steal your money. They lied to us, their flea treatment didn't work, and then forced us to pay for a visit we were 10 minutes late for. Literally simple google searches are better cat advice than what they told us. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!
