“I would like to express disappointment particularly in the produce department. Multiple times I have witnessed staff removing about half of the leaves from the exterior of their lettuce heads when they become wilted and then re-attaching the twist bands that hold the heads together, all as if nothing had been changed. The lettuce heads are priced per the head, not by the pound. If you remove half the product then please don’t charge the consumer full price.
The selection of produce and seafood could use some work, it’s the same old basic thing each time, but overall apart from all this it’s an alright store for the area.”

“Went tonight for dinner for the second time in a week. Two different groups of workers and an amazing experience both times. Tonight the girls were sweet to my kiddos and even delt with a rude customer my daughter notices nicely. The first experience Tyler was working with another employee and both were dealing with a rush. Both times food was great and everyone was happy.”
“Cheap cremes and they pretty much have anything you might’ve forgotten at the grocery store. Considering it’s 45+ minutes to the nearest chain grocery, Will’s can be a real life saver! Prices are higher than corporate/national groceries, but not nearly as high as the new general store in Tunbridge. We drive past two general stores to go to this one when we need one!”
“I have stopped here for lunch a couple of times. If you go to the back, there is a seating area, and there is hot food or prepackaged food, as well as a place where you can get sandwiches, made for you. The seating area overlooks the river, and it’s very peaceful there, you can bring your computer and work on things online, they have Wi-Fi. So many things in it, it’s fun to wander around and look at everything. Definitely overpriced, I would not do regular grocery shopping here. but they have some things that you can’t find in any other store, a lot of all natural and organic food and products.The food was pretty good, the sushi was amazing!!”

“This Shaws in VT was cute and had everything (other than a working restrooms) that my party needed. It was a neat packed smallish version of the larger Shaws in other major NE cities.”
“This very convenient location has a number of items I purchase regularly. It is pretty cluttered and on delivery day, some aisles are almost impassable. And they run out of Mentos awfully fast. Nice friendly staff will actually take you to an item.”

“On Saturday 8/12/23 we had a Class Reunion with Appetizers only. We ordered them from Store #616 in Berlin, VT. The order was perfect. All of the Food (Fruit, Veggies, chicken wings and tenders) were fresh and ready when we arrived to pick it up. The staff was amazingly helpful! Everyone that attended were very impressed with the Quality and Quantity for the price we were charged. Thank you!!”

“They scheduled a delivery for 6am Saturday and no one is hereUpdate: They have signage that says Monday - Friday 6am to 1pm for receiving and it ended up being the brokers mistake. Employees were very nice, docks arent too bad to back into. Very fast unload.”
“from the first time i walked into Hannaford, my life was changed. everyone that works there is so nice, and extremely willing to help. Bob always asks if you need help getting to your car. ever since i began going to hannaford , i have had an extremely positive shopping experience.”
“The store is well staffed, clean, and has a wide selection of products. The pharmacy is particularly efficient and professional. The staffing efforts(HR) offer workers $15-$20/hr to start. I've been critical in the past on these issues at other Wal-Mart stores, so this is definitely one of the nicer locations.”
