The service department staff here was very friendly and responsive to any concerns I had. The work was better than I had requested on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Sonya! She was the best!

I leased my Subaru Forester for the past three years from White River Subaru and just ended my lease and returned my car last month. I had a great experience with the car and the dealership. It was very easy to book appointments for scheduled maintenance, etc. the leasing and returning procedures were both smooth. The staff members were very nice (Nick and Brian). Also they have a very cute corgi at their dealership!

A shout out to Brian Moore, Subaru Salesperson Extraordinaire, who we've had the pleasure of doing business with since his "Car Store" days (about 10 years), when the Car Store was the authorized Subaru dealership in Norwich, Vermont (predecessor to White River Subaru), and Brian was the Director of Service at the Car Store (he knows Subaru's!).Brian is a consummate professional, personable, honest, efficient, and goes the extra mile for his customers.Buying a Subaru from Brian is like no other car-buying experience you've ever experienced; it is as perfect as they come.

I recently purchased a new car there, and had the service department apply an undercoat. This was against my better judgement, as I have had issues with their service department before. I was unhappy with some of the work they did on my new car 2 days after I bought it. I contacted my salesperson to let him know what I was unhappy with, and at first he contacted my partner, instead of me directly. Then when I contacted him directly again, he never bothered responding. The only time he contacted me directly was right after I bought my car,to send me a video message asking me to give him a perfect rating on the survey Subaru sent me. This dealership has a terrible service department, and now, I will never buy a car from them again, either.

My Subaru had only 3200 miles on it when it started making a strange noise from the rear wheels. I was due for an oil change and while getting that done I asked them about the odd noise. The mechanics did a great job of diagnosing the issue. They used stethoscopes and determined it was an issue with the wheel bearings, very rare but covered by the warranty. I had to wait for parts but took it in the next week and everything is back to normal. So grateful for the excellent service and attention to detail.

We bought a Crosstrek from Abigail. She's a great salesperson who takes a "helping" approach rather than a "selling" approach. 100% smooth transaction. We got exactly what we wanted at a great price. The finance team was so easy to work with...no laundry list of upsells....just execute the deal and get us out the door. Best car buying experience ever.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The sales staff are clearly dishonest because I had the deal fall through after I'd already been approved and was signing paperwork. I walked out without the car I was literally in the process of purchasing. I wouldn't dream of returning.

The whole process- even during the hard-to-get car time, went so smoothly. Abigail was very honest, professional and helpful. None of the (usual) aggravation and angst we have had at other dealerships. We have never had such a positive car leasing or buying experience. Justin was helpful and very pleasant as well.

We traveled here to purchased a Crosstrek. My girlfriend was pre approved from our credit union. Our salesman Cory was bashing a previous customer and how crappy their credit score was. That customer according to our salesman was wasting everyone's time and that customer was still on show room working with another salesman. Our first red flag should've been that. After we test drove the car, Cory told us we HAD to buy the car today if the numbers worked and HAD to finance through them. We literally walked away and went to purchase at another dealer!
