  Tried to call for new service. Suffered through long message with no option to speak to customer service. Pressed doctors line, then rang and rang. 2 thumbs down.

  I've had my CPAP for over a year and due to a number of personal factors I never got any replacement parts. Needless to say,everything was a bit worn out. The respiratory therapist I worked with, I think her name was Julie, inspected each piece of equipment carefully, explained what my insurance would pay for in terms of new equipment and how often, and then helped me try two different styles of masks that would address some of the problems I had with the old mask. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and helped clear up some confusion I had with my machine. I would completely recommend working with them for CPAP supplies.

  Dartmouth Hitchcock sleep center called around to find me a specific CPAP machine. Due to my current situation a specific machine was requested. I was told they could provided it. Spoke with NST and my insurance and thought I was approved. After getting the run around for several weeks and the owners saying he would see what he could do. I get a call from his lacky coming up with ever excuse but the truth. The owner was no gentleman and make the call himself. It finally comes out they dont make enough money on it. They try and talk me into a machine that does not meet my needs and cost less them less than half of the one I needed. Their reimbursement is the same for each one. Oh yes, They thought I was paying cash for it.If I paid cash they would be willing to sell it to me direct. It was all about the money. They obviously have little concern for their clients. They are not honorable and strongly suggest you consider if you wish to use them.
