My Solterra ran out of battery 10 miles away from White River Subaru. I was driving from Kingston MA to Burlington VT. I had Level 3 charging adapter which surprisingly did not work. I was in a very tough spot. I called White River Subaru and asked if there was anything they could recommend. I was referred to Robert Arthur by a friend, and once I called Robert, he happily accomodated me with a loaner vehicle. I was first approached by a very professional sales person, his name was Lester G, who was very pleasant to deal with. Robert Arthur and Jerad Smith went out of their way and had me in a loaner within 5 minutes.

“TOP NOTCH ! These guys are the best! We were broken down, as "out of towners", and had no vehicle or means. Fisher Auto Parts were on the phone with us, taking our orders for parts and delivering them within minutes! Because of their customer service and help, my husband was able to get our truck operational! If it weren't for Fisher - well I do not know what we would of done.
