“We are new to this practice and it came highly recommended. We are very happy with the care all of our animals receive, however, very appreciative with the care they provided to our 4 year old Bengal cat, Tango, on 1/27/26. We encountered the need for an emergency visit, and I called at 8 am asking for assistance. Despite being double booked- they fit her in for an inpatient day stay. After completing a thorough exam and receiving treatment, she was home by 3 pm.

Bengals aren’t all that personable, but with slow and compassionate care, she was able to avoid additional sedation and complete the assessment needed.

There is no emergency care facility in the Keene area, but their extended week day hours make for convenient appointments after work.

Front desk staff are kind and knowledgeable and very helpful with appointment times and scheduling needs.

Kim is an incredible Tech making introductory visits comfortable and easy. Her connection to the animals is amazing. We were confident we made the right choice with Westside after meeting with her.
