I highly recommend Lavictoire's Used Cars! The folks at Lavictoire's Used Cars are honest, flexible and knowledgeable. There are many cars to choose if you are looking for an inexpensive, used car.
We bought a Subaru from Lavictoire. Driving home, the check engine light came on so we went back the next morning. After reassuring us that it was probably just a bad sensor, they offer to let us exchange the car or take a credit to check out the light and make any necessary repairs. We took the credit and it turns out that they were right and it was just a sensor. After a month, we are still thrilled with the purchase and the Subaru is running great!

Overcharge for 200,000 mile cars, car sold to me cannot be registered because of odometer discrepancy. Will not answer phone and will not respond to NY DMV requests. May have to report to NY Odometer Crimes Unit in Albany and Vermont.

I wish I had seen a review like this one before I purchased this car. Buying from Lavictorie is the biggest gamble you could make. The 2012 Mazda I bought from them on June 1st has been to 3 different repair shops for a total of 9 days!! I've had the car exactly 1month now. I've taken it on 1 trip to Maine to visit family and every single day a new light has turned on or a part has flown off the car..I can't stress enough how much you should stay away from Lavictorie. I loved the prices and the mileage but it is NOT worth it. The car has yet to pass inspection and I miss the car I traded in to them (which they bought from me without driving or looking at it first) I'm beyond upset.

Do not buy from these scumbags. They sell lemons and mess with the odemeters on cars. DO MOT PURCHASE THROUGH THEM.

I love these ridiculous posts of one stars! Lmao! You want brand new, go to alderman's...you want second hand used cars, find one at the new dealerships. These are auction vehicles, generally with no known history, and sold at reasonable prices "as-is". You know what you're expecting when you purchase one, so don't be 'shocked' when you find out there's issues. This dealer just moves inventory, doesn't inspect, doesn't repair, doesn't make promises. I got a pretty darn good deal on a Tacoma here, and it's been a good truck. It's the car people, not the dealer

I would like to give a huge shout out and thumbs up, I believe it was Tom , that helped my daughter get into her first car. He even let me snap a photo of the two of them with the car. I bought my first car here from his father back in the 80's and few after that. This place is still the same and the people are very nice! Again thank you for helping my baby girl smile!

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could they sold an 2004 hyundai Sante fe with a bad subframe and structural damage where the subframe attaches to the car knowing that she had kids in the car and all they care about is getting money by being grimy and shady and the car had a compression fitting on the brake line also

I brought a neighbor over to purchase a vehicle from this business. We were not even 30 miles out and the check engine light came on. Then started leaking oil all over the ground. Took it to a local mechanic and received an estimate just to make the car road worthy. We have tried and tried to contact the owner with no return call NOTHING.. The owner of this business and the mechanic have done everything in their power to avoid us, lie to us ect. We have a recording of the mechanic telling us they stand by their word of helping and fixing. Nope they do not. Steer clear of this business as we now have a lawyer and will be suing them in court..when i say RUN.. please RUN

I will never EVER go to our recommend this place to ANYONE. My wife and i have 3 kids, went to lavictoires to buy a safe vehicle for our kids, the salesman got us into a 2021 dodge grand caravan. No major problems yet but here lies my problem. We went to the bank to take our registration $, about 600$. I placed it in the same envelope as our vehicle $, which was 3800$. We drove straight, no stops from hrccu in glens falls to lavictoire. Straight shot. My wife not realizing i combined the money handed him the envelope with 4400 for a van he sold us for 3800. The guy took the stack of cash, didn't count it and finalized the transaction. When i got home we immediately realized what had happened and tried calling but they were closed so i called back as soon as they opened the next day when he eventually answered he lied right to me. He said he still had the money right there and he counted it to say it was only the 3800. He NEVER counted it in front of either of us. Said there was nothing he could do and good luck. He pocketed $600 and called me a liar. I understand it us BOTH parties responsiblity to count the money but literally he is the ONLY one that could have it. Liar and a scumbag
