Completely frustrated! Ordered and paid for stone at the end of March, and it is still not done and it is the middle of July. When my daughter called, they cited COVID as an excuse. Definitely not reputable!

Paid for work in early February haven't heard from them since they don't return phone calls or email. It is now middle of June still no response. This is not a reputable business do not patronize.

June 2020 by Lisa M.
I purchased a granite stone for my parents back in 2009. My mom died that year. The man I spoke with in the office reminded me of someone from the Sopranos. He was loud, rude and callous. He told me numerous times he wanted his money upfront. I wrote a check and he was mad I didn't pay in cash. I don't normally carry $3,000 on me. Anyway, he took the check and practically threatened me that it better be good. I left and never returned. My father died May 26 and I called Artistic Memorials to ask them to inscribe 2020 on my dad's side of the stone. I must have spoken to the same man from the Sopranos. I told him my father died and I purchased a stone in Calvary Cemetery and needed the year of his death inscribed. Before I could continue, he cut me off, demanded a check for $295.00 and said he wasn't doing anything until he got his money. No condolences- no I'm sorry for your loss- just- give me your money. I hung up, called another West Rutland business and made arrangements with them at a much cheaper price too. And they offered their condolences. Think twice before you do business with Artistic Memorials. I did.
