It took me years to find a mechanic I could swear by when I lived in Maine, and when I moved to VT I never thought I’d find another with the same qualities, but I can now say I’ve found one in Allen’s Automotive. My vehicle’s acquired a slew of problems over the years, and Allen’s delivered top notch service in their thorough diagnosis of the most efficient way for me to get my truck back into ship shape, and their consistent communication with me during the repairs process. They were transparent, super friendly, and heard out all of my concerns. I can now trust that my truck’s in very good hands going forwards. Felicia and her crew are an outstanding team to have in my (and your) corner, and I will absolutely be back!

Allen's Automotive continues to be my go-to service center for my vintage 1972 MGB and "winter-beater" 2006 Honda Accord. They have been very accommodating, allowing me to provide some hard to source parts for the MG. Brian, Felicia and their team of mechanics/techs have always been friendly and willing to listen to my sometimes overly specific concerns. I am happy to support and recommend this local business.

Excellent all-round service and crew! Top Notch service and customer care. Was totally surprised when I was looking for a Mini repair shop in the Rutland area, Allen's came right to the top of the list as a recommended Mini repair shop. Most places don't even touch Minis these folks are the pros! Job well done I will be back! Also, they even stayed late to finish my car. ????

As a mechanic for the last 20 years in an inspector all the way up until 2022 I took my car in for an inspection knowing that it might need a pads and a sensor to get inspected and then see it to this place and as a mechanic. I know how I left my car cause I record it before I go and drop it off to mechanics knowing how they can be damaging cars on the lyft and lying about it and all this in such as mechanic. I know these things. So I record my car and take pictures before bring can to any mechanics. And come to find out they were breaking lights and things and taking pictures of it, saying that it needs to be fixed. But my video floated shows different beforehand... Also, they try swindling anybody trying to get and inspection because they know it state money. So they try racking on all these useless parts that you don't need like a typical mechanic shop..... Just be weary as a mechanic myself. I know how mechanics can operate. It's very sneaky operation... I will say I've never had a good experience with a mechanic shop in my last 10 years or so. Just because everyone's trying to hustle. You steal your money and play You for a fool. But like I said as a mechanic for 20 plus years at Midas and inspections. And engine diagnostics and replacement. I know my way around. I also know how shop's work.
