Never. The worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life.Asked for a room with a king bed and Mountain View. Our room stinks like cigarettes. The bed pulls out of the wall! We have no Mountain View. Our view is the back of a utility/maintenance shed. Our table is slammed up against the kitchen cabinet so we can't even get to the silverware. The room is so cramped and bizarre. It's like we're staying in a kitchen. We called the front desk to ask for another room as this is not what was presented to us when making the reservation. They did nothing to fix the situation and they were rude. Crystal even laughed at me on the phone, zero customer support. The manager was flustered and overwhelmed. Because apparently we weren't the only ones staying here that were miserable. The manager did nothing to fix our situation. It also takes over 20 minutes for the valet to get your car. (You HAVE to valet, there are few options to independently park and the couple spots get taken quickly) There's only ONE valet! This place is a mess. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. We tried to keep the lights off and I tried not to wear my glasses so that I wouldn't have to see the deplorable conditions of my living situation for the weekend. I also never unpacked because I was in denial that I actually had to reside in this dump for three days.So basically, invite someone over that smokes. Have them smoke like two packs of cigarettes in your kitchen. Blindfold yourself, hop in your kitchen sink with a pillow and you'll get the full mount snow grand summit experience without having to spend any money.

First time here. They refused to come pick up the garbage and dirty cups from the room on the third day. We even waited 3 days to be courteous. So we will stay in the dirty room for another day. We met other people who stay 10 minutes away for less. The proximity to the lifts are a bit overrated as you wind up walking to the larger lift anyway. No late check out, no extra towel, no coffee machine, no's all around.

Rented skis from here and the staff was very helpful. The rentals were a little pricey, but they were high quality and the renters insurance was only 4 dollars a day which is great! This resort is directly next to mount snow, like a 1 minute walk away from the ski lifts which is great. They have a ski store inside for all and any skiing essentials or things you could want. Would rent from here again next time I come down to ski.

if you ski or bike at Mt.Snow, this the ONLY place to stay. Truly ski-in and ski-out. Nothing is closer; not even the preferred parking. The rooms have fully equipped kitchens so you can go back for lunch and eat breakfast and dinner in your room. There is a conference center and nice pool. the staff is excellent and quick to fix any problem.

We stayed for a week and highly commend the desk staff for prompt, friendly and professional check in. They were in the lull between foliage season and the start of snow season. Not many guests but the facilities that were still open were great! We had a suite with a small kitchen and upstairs king bed but miniature bathroom so we used the downstairs bath. One bathroom had a strong mold odor which gave me a headache and running nose but was otherwise clean and well provisioned. The kitchen could have more and better cooking utensils. Overall a great stay and close to walking trails and small towns to visit and shop.

My family and I visited Mount snow Resort to view the fall foliage. This resort is exactly as pictured online. We stayed in the condos (seasons) which were a 2 minute drive from the Resort. The condo was very nice and accommodating for a group. It had a fireplace and would be very accommodating for a family that would visit in the winter months to ski. The resort itself was just so nice. From the moment you pull up to the actual resort itself, it’s just so nice. Now don’t get me wrong , the road that leads up the the resort wasn’t anything to look at but once you get to the long road that brings you up to the resort it’s just picture perfect. The resort sits on top of the hill , and the views from there are beautiful. I couldn’t imagine the views from the ski lifts. (Probably breathtaking) Their are a bunch of resort workers outside ready to valet your car if needed and their willing to help with your luggage as well. The resort has so much to offer - spa, pool, hot tubs, gym, sauna, steam room, deli, restaurant, game room, fire pits , I mean the list continues.. it’s crazy. If you get bored there then theirs something wrong with that. The deli was nice, slightly expensive, and they only take card no cash. The workers In there were very helpful and polite and the place was clean. Food was good. Front desk workers at the resort were polite and helpful, offering up recommendations for pizza in the area. The workers at Harriman’s restaurant were also very nice and accommodated us placing a large order at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit mount snow resort if your in the dover area of vermont.

Our stay here was wonderful. Check-in was easy and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. We came on the off-season so there was nothing going on and we had the whole place to ourselves, it seemed. But we were here to see the fall foliage, and the mountains surrounding the resort are breathtaking, so we got what we came for. Everyone on staff was very helpful. We would love to come again during the summer or winter to take advantage of the many activities that they have

Stayed at this Hotel two nights, in two nights experienced three fire alarms, one in the middle of the night probably caused by someone smoking weed in their room as the hallway reeked. The young lady at the desk I believe her name was Lily could not tell us precisely where the ice machine was located. Loud people upstairs sounded like they were walking a horse in the room, people across the hall had screaming kids running the hallway at 10:30pm. On the day of departure the elevator reeked of weed.

I am a new owner and so happy we bought a place at the Grand Summit. Staff is amazing, hotel is always clean and room is great. Easily would give this place 5 stars but upon arrival on my recent trip I learned they have gotten rid of vallet parking. To say the least this is a HUGE disappointment. The excitement of starting your weekend getaway is now tarnished by the fact you have to drop your family off and go park 1/2 mile away only to get shuttled back by someone who could have parked your car for you, makes no sense at all...please bring back valet parking! It creates a huge blemish on your amazing hotel.

Last minute we booked for an overnight stay in VT. All other locations we normally visit were either booked, a 2 night minimum or were averaging $350/night. We booked a deluxe studio for one night and it was perfect. The murphy bed is quite comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub for the day. Nate at the front desk went above and beyond for us and Jeff the bartender at the hotel restaurant was very attentive - every employee we met at the hotel was very nice.

OWNER SERVICES very rude! Most of the staff here is absolutely lovely, but I just stopped into the Owner Services office, and they were unbelievably hostile. I wanted to ask a simple question and the second they realized I wasn't an owner their whole attitude changed. The man and woman working there today were dismissive and unpleasant. They made fun of my question and basically kicked me out of their office even though neither was on a call. This experience has made me feel awful and unwelcome. I will not be coming back to a place that employs such mean individuals. I did also put this review on Google, but I am also putting it here so people know to avoid the mean man and woman working in Owner Services.

We visited in summer - not busy, room was updated, clean and a decent size with a little balcony. The pool is outdoor, heated and very big! Fitness center looked nice but we didn’t use it. We enjoyed the lift up the mountain (though a bit pricey) and a hike back down.

Our very clean unit was two adjoining hotel rooms, one with a full kitchen, bathroom, living and dining rooms. The other room had a full bathroom and two queen beds. A good sized tv was in each room. A balcony with two chairs and a table was off the bedroom. Service personnel were prompt and friendly. A wonderful feature of this resort is the Moover, a free bus that transports guests to nearby towns.
