I’ve dealt with a lot of shops in the New England area to work on trucks and twinline was undoubtedly one of the best I’ve dealt with. Communication was excellent, mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for mechanical needs or towing services!

They got me in pretty quick when other local garages were booked out for weeks. I thought the estimate was kinda high....but mostly because of the parts themselves..not their labor rate. I went ahead and had them do the work. Car was done when they said it would be, and worked performed was great. I would def use them again.

The sweetest mechanics we’ve ever met.My grandmother and I were driving out of state to visit family when our tires started to shake. We pulled off the interstate in hopes of finding a mechanic and we ended up calling TwinLine auto service. They dropped everything to make sure we were safe to get back on our trip and quickly too! We're new to VT and were looking for a new place to take our cars. With Twinline, we've found it! They are friendly, easy to communicate with, and proactive for their clients. I brought my daughter's car in for an inspection, and they found an issue with the exhaust. They quoted me the cost, and then worked to find less expensive parts so the total was less than what I was anticipating. We have always received professional and courteous from the staff at Twinline! My wife and I trust the mechanics at Twinline and that is hard to do at many auto repair shops!
