Driving down a hill and over a mound of icy snow yesterday the shield on the front of my car suddenly started making a heck of a noise. I had heard good things about this repair shop and so stopped there hoping someone could help me. Sam stepped out and immediately diagnosed the problem and did a quick fix for me with twist ties elevating the dragging front shield. (I was on my way to a luncheon and he accommodated me on the spot!). What a nice man and he accepted no payment just wished me a Merry Christmas. He will be getting my paid business in the future!

The first week of January I went to have my winter tires changed over, while my vehicle was there they noticed my state was due, upon further inspection they stated the vehicle needed the left front wheel bearing replaced in order to pass inspection and will be over $400. I declined the work to be done and took it to my regular mechanic, turns out there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and with the state inspection done it cost The shop is not to be trusted!!

I recently had a flat tire while being very far from home. My truck was towed here and all the guys were so nice and got my tire fixed up in no time! 10/10 would recommend them!

I have vacation home in Waterbury Center and rely upon Jamie and Matt to maintain my cars and motorcycles. Many times when I have an issue, they will accommodate me with immediate attention as they know Im' only in town for a short time. They offer outstanding service at a fair price and back up all their work!!

Visiting Waterbury, VT from Boston I arrived with 2 deflated tires. After a failed attempt to refill the tires with air myself I contacted Complete Automotive Repair Service because I no longer wanted to drive my car for safety concerns. The service folks found and plugged one hole caused by a nail and replaced a leaking valve on the other tire. 30 minutes later I was on my way with fully inflated tires and no more safety worries. The service staff was very friendly and professional.The location of Complete Automotive Repair Service along Route 100 between Waterbury and Stowe, Vermont is easily accessible for any out-of-town visitor. Conveniently next to this service station is a pizzeria shop where you can bridge the waiting time while filling your belly.
