Dave Rowell, the owner of the property over-extended himself to us and left a bunch of unfinished work on our property. Untrustworthy and opportunistic.

What a gem!! Mrs Gloria and her husband are a very sweet couple. This local farm to home shop and maple syrup store was a delightful find on our drive from Stowe to Franconia. It’s small but felt so nice to support a local family instead of some of the larger touristy shops, not to mention the much more affordable prices. I also picked up some truly meaningful gifts for family members, including hand knit coasters made by Mrs Gloria’s sister. I’d highly recommend!

My son and I were on a New England motorcycle tour and looking for maple syrup from a local producer. We passed this place and had to turn around. I was very happy we did because we were able to get delicious syrup in a variety of sizes and types as well as some nice embroidered T shirts at a very reasonable price. There were also antiques and local craft goods. I wish I could have bought more but limited space on our motorcycles. The best part is meeting the owner who will show you how they make the maple syrup in the sugar house which is attached to the shop. Well worth your time to stop in and the syrup is pure and DELICIOUS and you know where it came from!

We saw the sign for this place and thought it would be a fun thought it would be a fun old fashioned place to go. It was an old fashioned place, that sells quilts and T shirts and Maple syrup and touristy items. The owner was there and she was very pleasant. But there wasn't as big a selection as we thought there would be, based on the sign. This is a Maple syrup farm so there was plenty of Maple syrup to be had. It was a fun stop.

Happy we stopped here! Met Gloria, who owns the farm with her husband. Bought some syrup and a handmade wooden bowl. Gloria was very gracious and allowed us to look at the maple syrup equipment, and told us a bit about the history of the farm. Really cute gift shop as well, with fair prices ?

My friends and I drove by the sugarhouse several times during our Vermont vacation, and finally visited on our last day. Gloria came over from pie baking to open up her shop for us and talk about her art, the family farm, and the local developments over the years. Pull over and visit on your way by!
