I went in to unknown territory, a lease and full electric car so no one made me feel silly or stupid for any of my questions. The whole process was painless and very positive. All parts were explained in terms I understood. Also when I left didn't feel that I was suddenly on my own to figure things out. “Excellent work! Brought my Audi A6 to them at the recommendation of several sources, including the dealership. My car got backed into, not once but twice, and it messed up my whole front-end, including the grille and hood, as well as my driver-side door. Chris and Matt are very professional and excellent at what they do. Dealing with the insurance company was a pain in the butt (as usual), but they made the whole process painless and I was extremely impressed with the final product. They also use the highest quality paint! I highly recomend!”
