I called them to tow me in when ignition system failed. Without looking at the engine, they told me my car was totaled and offered to buy it for scrap. Another shop then fixed my car in a single day for $200.They can definitely tow though

Very dishonest company. They were hired by Geico to tow our car from Hinesburg to Charlotte(8 miles). They towed it 70 miles to Swanton in the other direction and asked for 1800 dollars. 5 hours later they told us where our car was. Geico said it was fraud and that they do this often. The police were involved, they lied and said they were having computer problems. Avoid this company at all costs.

Was involved in a MVA and asked to be towed to a nearby auto body shop, Townline refused to bring my car where I requested, and brought it to their tow yard instead. Now refusing to release the vehicle. Terrible customer service; receptionist hung up on me. A bunch of crooks.
