I switched from Kinney’s in St. Albans about a year or so ago and couldn’t be more pleased. The service is wonderful and the wait time for call-in prescriptions is very short. My only regret is that I didn’t change pharmacies years ago.

Cheryl is nice, and so is one other, but 2 of the other women are rude, controlling, low key angry, for no reason. Convenient location and drive through, but I’ve considered going somewhere else for more normal service.

Some of the staff can come of unprofessional and rude. I only go cause I like the drive threw. Its convenient and I dont have to go in.

The men who work here are so nice and the new location (old to bank) is beautiful. But the 2 women who work here that I've come in contact with always have an issue with my prescription and the one larger woman with dark hair is always so cold and rude. Talking about patients and their scripts when she thinks they can't hear her. Takes forever to attend to me. I'm the only one in the pharmacy. Whispers to coworker after she noticed I was here. Very unprofessional and rude!!! Thinking about switching pharmacy and I just started coming here due to convenience. If rather go out of my way then to deal with this!!!

Wonderful pharmacy that is owned/operated by a great family! The quality of service, as well as layout of the pharmacy is much better than other pharmacies I have been to. Locally owned for three generations, it is very rare to find trustworthy pharmacies, such as this one. It provides a nice mom n' pop shop feel with a professional level of service!

I've been going to Swanton Rexall Pharmacy for around 8 year's now. The people are great & they treat their customers like family. I wouldn't go to a different pharmacy, even if the other pharmacy paid me too switch my medications over to them! Troy, linda, gene, and everyone else that works at Swanton Rexall are such great people to talk too. The 01st minute you walk into the door, your always greeted with a friendly Hello & a Huge smile on their face's. Some people are really nice but there are two women that are so mean and rude I've been thinking about changing pharmacies....i have never felt so disrespected.
