They would not let me try to swipe my chime card they insisted on trying to scan a barcode in my chime app that just was not there. When I called chime customer service they said there's no such thing they needed to do that they should have just scanned my chime card in the reader.

The staff are typically GREAT but my main complaint is the lack of organization and tidyness of the store. Some shelves are so overflowing that you cannot even shop from them because if you pull something to look at, either you can't get it back in or many other items come out with it and you make an ever larger mess. There is garbage/packaging on MANY of the shelves. Compared to other Dollar General stores (like the one in Georgia, VT, this one falls FAR behind. They need to be able to organize and clean stuff regularly. Even the candy at the registers have dust on it. Everything is far too cluttered for me to have a nice shopping experience. It is a shame because it is such a useful location for such a store and it is def needed in this town.

Have u ever had a sales associate argue with you over an item which was incomplete and them telling you that it is supposed to be that way? (Item was dish drainer with tray that was missing the tray). Even though the picture showed the ready AND the list of items says tray. She refused to even tell me who her manager was. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Have u ever had a sales associate argue with you over an item which was incomplete and them telling you that it is supposed to be that way? (Item was dish drainer with tray that was missing the tray). Even though the picture showed the ready AND the list of items says tray. She refused to even tell me who her manager was. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
