“Dr. Pratt and the technicians are always so nice and very pleasant. Dr. Pratt is very thorough which is what you want from a vet. She explains things so you understand and answers questions without making you feel dumb. I appreciate their wonderful service and her honesty. The only concern I have are the receptionists. They seem to be very on edge and unhappy. I've only had the pleasure of having a couple that weren't uptight or didn't seem unhappy. I get the job is a difficult one but when people are coming in, sometimes under extreme stress themselves, it's nice to be greatest with a smile and/or some conversation. I really do appreciate everyone who works there though and appreciate their service.”
“Excellent business. My dogs literally refuse all veterinary attention and bite and shudder and make it really difficult. However, Paul and his staff have created such a wonderful space that my nervous dogs are happy to come and walk in, smelling the air and wondering who they're going to see. We have received sensitive care for many otherwise unaddressed needs because Paul is very careful and thoughtful about their experience and comfort. Absolutely recommend!”

“Absolutely the best veterinarians office I have ever dealt with. Dr and staff are kind, understanding and got us In immediately despite being booked for the day. Our dog encountered a porcupine and they took the best care of Bear. I also don’t have to sale my house to cover the bill and the price was extremely generous and worth every cent. Thank you again!”
