We were able to get a ride for just us on the same day just before the snow melted. It was about 30min, which was a perfect amount of time to take in the sights. We chatted, rode along the side of a creek, and learned about the area and what goes into managing all of the horses. Sleigh rides are a winter classic for a reason!

This is a must go place to go to in stowe. I will be coming back here again soon. It is also a great place to propose to the person you love.

We had a lovely ride. We got a beautiful view of the mountain. Dan didn’t seem to care for the appreciative pats so Jess introduced us to Troy and Ariel both were happy to take the attention.

The driver did not once speak throughout the ride. It was so boring my 4 year old fell asleep it was $40 per person! It was the longest ride of my life!!!

Liked it, kids enjoyed it. Needs to dress up as gets so cold. They charge $40 per adult and $20 children. It last arround 20-25minutes.

I should have written this after our Thanksgiving get-away (2022) and am finally getting to it! I could not believe what I saw. The horses were standing in thick mud and one of them had missing hair near the bridle area where you could tell it had been on for too long without being changed. I grew up with horses and felt so sad for these animals. My husband and I walked away because we will not support this type of animal care! I should have taken pictures of the mud and the condition of these horses!

It was an awesome experience! My wife and I came to Stowe from Clearwater, FL to enjoy a White Christmas, which would include our first sleigh ride! Rachel was awesome and so was the one that gave us the ride!

We did not have a booking. Paul was very nice and took us on a ride right away however, I would advise calling as there was someone that booked coming right after us. It was very beautiful and you learn a bit about the horses and the area. Definitely worth a stop.

Bill was a wonderful sleigh driver and the experience was great. I would recommend going towards the sundown hour into the night, made for a more romantic evening.

Gentle Giants was truly a wonderful time! If you have never been on a sleigh ride, I Highly recommend it!it's so refreshing and romantic and fun! So gentlemen, take your girlfriends, wives spouses for a sleigh ride! The horses are friendly and fun!

One of the most unforgettable times of my life. I spent a good hour playing and getting to know the dogs. Staff were absolutely wonderful! There wasn't enough snow so we rode a kind of tiny four wheeler that the dogs pulled. Nice long ride through the trails. Will definitely come back in winter to try the sleigh ride.
