Excellent folks to deal with. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. Very honest and reasonable with pricing. They have also been willing to help with simple things last minute like battery issues right before a road trip. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend 253 Auto enough. I have had my 2004 Accord worked on at a few different shops around Stowe and I feel like I can trust 253 Auto the most.Services: Transmission repair

Was on a weekend ski trip and had some issues closing our hood latch on the way out of town. Stopped by 253 Auto and the friendly staff helped us so that we could safely get him! Great service thank you!

Please don’t bring your car here. First off the communication is horrible. I brought my car in with 1 issue I got the car back with 4 new issues. They don’t test drive the vehicle after they do work. They called to say it was all set and I paid over the phone. No communication that there were additional problems until I look at the receipt. When I called to tell them the car was in even worse shape then when I dropped it off they said they would call me back and never did. I ended up having to tow the carto a different mechanic. I always have so much respect for mechanics and what they do but this experience really scarred me. Please go to willie’s or a different mechanic. I just don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. As you can see in a different review the company was sold to a different owner in the last year.Services: Brakes
