Can’t leave a voicemail. Irregular delivery extremely late delivery rude staff and blind mail pick up have had the same piece of mail out for delivery for the last three days and nobody came to pick it up.

The lady that looks like olive oil is always so nasty and rude I asked for tape for my label. She gave me glue. Watched me glue my label on them proceeded to tell me my priority label didn't match my priority box. So then the glue dried and couldn't get the label off. She made me purchase a second box and go all the way home to reprint a new label and bring my own tape. This is just the recent issue with her. She has yelled at me. She has thrown my mail at me. I know that they are short staffed but come on. She has even sped up in the mail truck just to cut me off riding my bike. This lady is nuts.

Garbage service and I'm pretty sure mostly due to the same woman. Like others said I get you're backed up but the way she treats situations is no good. And the system of updating to "out for delivery" then not coming; then going in to be told its not there, "it should have been on the truck" for it to not show up again: to then have to go down again and make them check.. is unnecessary.

Haven't gotten regular mail in a week, 2nd package not delivered this week, they are liars, I was outside my house when \\\"delivery attempted\\\" no usps truck went by, this was stuff I needed, I was waiting for, what is going on over there? Also you expect me to believe a package went out and was attempted delivered in 3 mins? I'm 2+ miles away from you, are you kidding, no obstructions near my mail box or porch, it's clear you're lying.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My package was suppose to come on Wednesday, it didn’t. I had someone go in the morning they got one package and I still needed another that said it was there. They couldn’t find it said it would be on the truck for today. Mail truck shows up to my house with no package. Claim they don’t have enough people to work but tell me it’s on the truck and still doesn’t come when you are in my neighborhood. What a joke

WORST POST OFFICE IN EXISTENCE!!! Haven't seen a mail truck in over a week. Many important items were supposed to have been delivered days ago, but nothing! Not even an advertisement!

If I could give negative stars I would. Only bc of the new post master. She is awful. She lied about trying to deliver my package. My cameras showed she never even came near my home when the time said delivery attempted.

Called today to ask a question about filing a claim. The postal worker Geena insisted on talking over me and going on a rant about how backed up they were and refused to let me ask a question ( very rudely and angry May I add ) I did not ask about why my package didn’t arrive or ask for her sob story about how over whelmed they are. I get it lady and I don’t care. I just wanted to know if I file in person or online. So you should learn how to listen to customers and do Your job with some class, you are a government worker after all. Thank you for being rude, I can imagine your life is much more miserable than most by the way you speak to others. They make online seminars about customer service if you need to know how to interact with the public. Happy New Year !
