I ended up going with these guys a few months ago in order to store some building materials for my home. When it was time to leave, I gave them the ten days notice via voicemail and they accommodated me perfectly. As a true procrastinator does, I moved my things out only about two hours before my lease expired on my storage unit, but before that had even happened, in good faith North Star had refunded my original deposit to my credit card.
