Springfield Pharmacy is known for its very friendly staff and great customer service. The technicians are friendly and provide excellent service, offering help with prescription needs. They are kind on the phone and the service is described as amazing and superb. The pharmacy provides convenient options like local delivery and mail delivery for medications. Customers appreciate the quality of the fancy green bottles with easy-to-remove labels, which are better for recycling and safety. While the drive-through service is valued, it has not always been open due to staffing issues. Some customers note that prices can be very high for items other than prescriptions. Overall, many report being very happy and satisfied after switching to this pharmacy, finding it a much better experience than previous pharmacies.
Very friendly staff. Good service in the pharmacy. (Prices very high for most anything else.) I didn't give it 5 stars this time because they haven't have the drive through open when I come anymore. They said it was a staffing issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.
