Storage units are not sealed bugs and mice and water damage to my stuff. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HALF OF YOUR BELONGINGS TO INFESTED WITH BUGS AND MOUSE S***** DIRTY AND DISGUSTING UNITS

DO NOT USE THS FACILITY!! In addition to extremely limited unit availability, the security return policy is a sham. After several months of renting & payments made on time (auto pay), I had a very difficult time getting a confirmation that my notice to vacate had been received. It took multiple calls & emails. As an out-of-state renter, I had given the required advanced notice & inquired about returning the lock to receive my refund. I was told that my unit was being shown that day, requiring the lock to be cut off. Therefore, that voided my lock return /security refund. This place is sketchy, rude & handles business poorly. Do yourself a favor & drive the few miles down to Springfield Self-Storage. They are honest, accommodating & wonderful there!
