So, my fiance is 37 years old and I am 29 years old. Old enough to buy cigarettes. We went in to pay for gas and a pack of smokes and the cashier told him she needed an ID. We go in their all the time so we never get carded. This cashier was someone we have never seen before. I usto work at. a Jiffy Mart so I completely understand it's her job. But, she didn't ask nicely. She rudly said I can't just sell them to you, I need an ID. My fiance had said he has his ID but not his valid one because he's waiting for it to come in in the mail and she said she couldn't take it which I understand and I told him to be calm and he was he didn't say a word and he walked out because we decided we'll just get cigarettes somewhere else and he didn't want to get angry or upset ao he just walked out. She then rudely said don't you dare ever come back here. I'm posting this bad review not because she would not sell us cigarettes but because she was rude about it.

We came in with a 9 month old on Easter passing through. First impression was ir was extremely clean and well kept. Well our baby had a complete meltdown in the store and the ladies were SO incredibly nice and understanding while we changed him. We've never been there before but we were so impressed with the customer service that we have saved the destination on our maps and will be stopping through each time we want to visit family. Thank you Jiffy mart!

Location, location, location. right off the exit 8 North or Southbound I - 91. Relatively new building construction. There's a Subway sandwich shop inside but it's inconsistent as far as having open hours and staffing has been a real challenge for them since the pandemic. Prior to that it was fine. This convenience store is a typical representation of an Irving jiffy Mart combo. Nothing exceptional here. Convenient bathrooms.

Staff has always been great until today a different employee than the ones I am use to she was rude, she also couldn't barely do her job. Her attitude was so bad I will take my business else where. Jiffy no longer needs it if they hire people like that.

Staff are generally friendly and helpful.Until just a few days ago, they had really good coffee, but management apparently decided to go cheep, and it’s no longer worth buying.Like most gas stations right along the Interstate, their gas prices tend to be rather high.
