One of the bigger hardware stores I have been too, and have carried everything I needed since moving in a year ago.The store is clean, well lit, and the staff have been welcoming and helpful.Parking lot is easy enough to get into, and handicap parking and entering the store with a wheelchair is more than adequate. Some of the isles are a bit tight, but nothing that can't easily be moved to fit through.Overall great experiences here, and I would much rather shop locally, than drive an hour to the "big box stores."

Bibens Ace Hardware in Springfield VT is a FULL service hardware store and lumber yard. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to shop there!

Bibens is a great local hardware store that stands by what it sells and its service. They have everything the big box stores have but with people who will help you and aren't trying to upsell you on a "better" product. I never had an issue or a problem with any transaction. I love the drive to Claremont to save 17 dollars over ten bags of pellets review. You never said what brand and what kind of pellets you got there. Pellets vary in price between manufacturers and quality as well. You'll spend twice that in gas and time wasted going that distance. I bought pellets last year, and when the manufacturer stacked them on the pallet, they weren't sealed correctly, and Half the bags were ruined. They replaced them without me having to do the legwork. The same happened when I bought 8 tons from the big box store. Eleven bags were compromised, and when I brought them back for a refund, they told me to call the pellet manufacturer. I'll stick with local stores that care about service.

I am a member of the Springfield Telescope Makers. Bibens is our go to store for anything we need.The staff is professional and it’s rare to need something that they can’t provide.We look forward to purchasing from the store for many years in the future.I recommend shopping at Bibens for all of your hardware needs.

I love bibins Ace Hardware Springfield Vermont. You walk in and you don't need to hustle to look just find a representative and you'll get the best care to help you through the whole project you've got going. It's great bibbons is the place.

10/10 service they are always helpful staff is super friendly, I went there for 100+ pounds of soil and they were very friendly and even helped me load it into my truck! I appreciate the customer service and they make you're keys correctly the FIRST time.

I am firm believer of shopping at local & family owned businesses. Sadly I will no longer be supporting Bibens. I have received the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. When I was In the store and asked for help the reaction of the gentleman was so rude and belittling, as if he was too good to assist a customer. My family and I have shopped here for years, but we will no longer be supporting them
