Very happy with the work Dave, Jeremy and Logan did for us yesterday. Very prompt arrival and job completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up all debris and even searched for random nails that had fallen in the yard. Would highly recommend!! Thank you!

I apologize for the delay in posting this review. After a long journey to have our house resided, it is finally completed. In 2019 we had contracted another company, and after almost 5 years we decided to contact Window World and set up an appointment to discuss our plans for residing our house. We met in Sept of 2023, and finally in July of 2024 our house is complete. My wife and I absolutely love our "new" house. We went from just another house on the street to the best house on the street. All of this couldn't have happened without the hard work and dedication to detail by Devan and Shane. These two went above and beyond. The completely removed and replaced all of the rot. They worked through some of Vermont's worst weather (heat and humidity, and torrential down pours). Devan kept us informed at all times throughout the project. He pointed out things that needed to be fixed or replaced. I believe that my wife and I were very fortunate to have Devan on our job site. I personally would like to thank Devan for his extremely hard work and dedication to completing our house to the beautiful house it is now. It was a pleasure having Devan and Shane working on our house and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs any siding done on their house.

After getting a few quotes for my siding and windows, I ended up going with Window World as Zach and Sally were very responsive, seemed honest all through the process, and in the end i'm very happy with the results! Ultimately it was the price and warranty that convinced me to go with Window World, they were both the best of the companies I received quotes from. Although there were a few minor issues with installation (mostly due to vinyl siding being installed in the winter and then expanding come the hot days of summer), Zach and Sally and the crew came back a couple times to ensure they fixed the minor issues and that I was completely satisfied in the end (and I assumed I would be placed at the back of the line and have to wait months for the warranty work to be completed, which I could understand, however they came out both times within a very short amount of time to fix up the little issues). The crew went above and beyond and addressed all my nit picking. In the end, I would definitely recommend Window World!

Last Winter we noticed a window was showing a damaged seal with frost between the glass. Upon calling Window Word and giving the serial numbers a new window was ordered. Last Saturday, Logan was by to replace the window. We were very pleased with the service and Logan’s work.

I had 5 windows replaced last year by Window World, and I was so pleased with the new windows, I am ordering 5 more this year. Windows are top quality. Very friendly people to deal with, Zach and the workers are a pleasure to work with, and they are very efficient.
If you are thinking of replacing windows, Window World has a great product!

I signed a contract with Window World of Green Mountains on May 6, 2024 and Zach Schortmann for two sliding/patio doors. Zach verbally told me that I am looking at 6 to 8 weeks before delivery and installation. The contract also states "typically 6 to 8 weeks".
I called Window World this morning (June 14, 2024) because we are at the 7 week point to get a status. I spoke with Alexis, who told me doors are 3.5 to 4 month lead time. I expressed my displeasure and said I wanted Zach to give me a call.
Alexis called back and repeated that it is a 3.5 to 4 month lead time. I called corporate office in Wilksboro NC and spoke to Rebecca, Consumer Relations. Corporate Offices will not help me as a consumer because they do not get involved with the day to day operations of their franchisees.
Granted writing this poor review now I can only speculate what my installation will be like. But I do write it now so that future consumers of Window World doors and windows get the correct information about the true delivery and installation of their Windows.

Window World is basically my go to for everything! They have done all my windows in my house, matching the original woodwork and working with my stained glass (some done by the previous owner, with a warranty that carries over to me), my siding (note them going the extra mile and creating details around my mailbox and house numbers in the photo) and have even build my railings. You will be hard pressed to find a company with more integrity and quality. They consistently quote cheaper than others, always have high quality products and instillation, and in the rare instance there is an issue they deal with it quickly. Zach is super knowledgable, professional, and honest; as someone who rents, having the assurance that everything is done to code is vital. They have the absolute BEST customer service (shout out to Sally). Having all the work on my house done I have gotten to know their crew well and know that they are an excellent employer. I cannot recommend Window World enough!

I recently replaced the doors of my home and couldn't be more satisfied with the transformation! The Pink Team (Logan and Bill) did an amazing job. Not only was their work done well, they were professional and personable throughout the day. I highly recommend Window World for any window and door projects you have in mind.
