Bought a used ford F150 from here. Engine blew before I even got my plates in the mail. My best option was to buy a new engine and keep driving the vehicle. I am crossing my fingers that nothing else major goes wrong, or I will be screwed financially. Buy from somewhere else these guys are running a shady operation.

I love almost 4 hours away and found one of their vehicles through their Marketplace ads. They made it easy, very communicative, sent extra pictures when I asked for them, and when I got their they put the vehicle on the lift so I could look it over. Very happy with the whole buying experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I left work early and stopped by on a Monday afternoon to purchase a vehicle. We agreed on a trade in value. I was given the purchase agreement, left to go finalize the check from the bank agreeing I would be back by the next day if it got too late that day. As I finalized the paperwork at the bank and got the check, Alex text me to say he sold the car to someone else. There was no offer of next steps and my texts and emails went ignored. This was a huge waste of my time and the lack of customer service to not even offer alternatives is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Buying a car can be stressful and it's always hard to know who to trust and who to turn to for help when selecting a car. I had been putting off buying a new car even though I desperately needed to upgrade from my old vehicle. Alex and Marin immediately made me feel comfortable and we're extremely helpful and upfront about everything. I spent some time looking at different vehicles and never once felt pressured or misled. And when it came time to buy, they couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating, and they have even followed up with me to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend coming here first if your looking to buy a new car without the hassle or creepy vibes of other places.
