Absolutely useless, 911 changed my address a couple years ago and apparently UPS never got the memo. Completely given me the runaround trying to fix it, call center tells me to call the distribution center, DC tells me to call the call center, back and forth occasionally suggesting the website that tells me I can only make 1 attempt at changing my delivery address for some reason, then tells me to contact the sender which is making me wait a week to report the lost package. Absolutely useless, will never ship with them again. About to spend an extra $200 shipping for my wheel bearings that I needed a week ago just to go through FedEx...

If I could give them 0 stars I would the T Force company that took over this place is absolutely awful. I ordered a B&W 5th wheel hitch from E trailer late June because they said I would have it by July 2nd. I recieved tracking info and on the afternoon of the second I got a call from T Force stating my hitch was in their facility and I could come get it. I stated that it was supposed to be delivered to me on the 2nd and the lady told me it doesn't work like that. They will deliver it when they have a truck in my area which could be a week or two. Aggravated I said I would come get my hitch on the 3rd because I was supposed to be going camping over the 4th weekend. I show up and my hitch came on a pallet in two boxes but T Force decided to break down the pallet and lost the second box somewhere. After a back and forth with E trailer and T Force, I was informed T Force was ordering a dock sweep and they had 5 days to look for my lost product. After a total of 3 weeks later I finally recieved a replacement part for the one they lost. I spent almost 2,000 for a hitch that I could have gotten elsewhere cheaper just so I could go camping and Thanks to T Force and their poor product handling and even poorer customer service my plans got ruined.

If I could give a zero rating I would! This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. First, when they were supposed to drop off my package, they didn't. It sat there for three days until I finally called and they gave me a lame excuse that they only had one truck and didn't know when it was going to be fixed. And now I've been three weeks waiting for them to pick up my return. I have called them 4 times, and just one excuse after another. In the mean time I have $500 being tied up because they are too lazy to do the job they have been paid for!!!

I am sitting in my living room waiting for a package, when I get a notice that the driver tried to deliver my package and could not. This has happened at least five times now, and it's funny because I get deliveries from UPS fairly regularily. Each time the delivery fails, the driver does not follow the instructions clearly written at the front door of my apartment building. These instruct the driver to use the call box to get entry. Had the driver called me, I was SITTING RIGHT HERE. Obviously he didn't call me. Try to complain to UPS and they won't let you past their stupid computer. They won't let you talk to a person. And from the comments here, I'm not alone. UPS should train its drivers to do their jobs.

2 times in a row, they let me down with my LTL business shipments. Instead of fulfilling their delivery date commitment, they told me at the last minute after I called that they will not be able to deliver my order on the day they were supposed too. And all of this is between my commercial location and their Shelburne road location only about 15 minutes apart. While I had been waiting for the order for few days and when finally they arrived, they are too lazy to do their job to drive 20 minutes to drop off simple order. I had even called in advance to request a lift gate which is standard in this case and the customer service took all my request. Both times, I went there myself to pick it up which costs me extra money and time when they were paid to do this delivery job. Worst customer service and delivery experience, out of 15 years of my international import!

Yesterday i took delivery of a 500 Lbs piece of equipment. The driver of the truck refused to drop the shipment in the doorway of my workshop, instead left it in the rain in front of my garage door. Every other delivery service has driven right to my door and used the lift-gate that I request and pay for to drop the shipments in the doorway. This driver was not pleasant at all and drove off. Not happy at all.

I will give no stars to this company. Two weeks in a row now I've waited at home for a delivery of needed parts and supplies, only to have the driver not make the delivery at all. I will tell all people that ship to me to not use UPS at all. Use another service, one that actually cares to get the job done. USPS and Fedex can deliver to my address every time without an issue but UPS can't figure out how to get into my building, that's if the driver even bothers to come down the driveway to the building at all.

What a joke... My package has been in Williston for 5 days and they keep saying it is not delivered due to weather... The roads been fine for 4 days now, where is my package?? UPS does this all the time. Delivery in Fletcher is not good... Very poor service.
