Never had any problems with returning Amazon items, and every package I've had shipped arrived in good condition. I did a pack and ship with a picture frame once and was so impressed, everything got there and was really well packaged, no damage to the item. Only issue is they can get very short staffed at busy times, but even in these instances the employees I've worked with are still helpful.

Lisa and the crew in South Burlington are friendly, helpful, and incredibly hardworking. They are the absolute best! Thank you for all of your help.

The only lady who is the notary is a racist. Upon asking her for her notary service she interrogates me about my legal document even after telling her it was legal paperwork she insisted on reading it. Then followed by asking me if I was a Vermont resident to then deny me and tell me to go to a different location for a notary. She never once asked for my ID she never allowed me room to explain what I was doing she just refused. And went on to help the other white people who were next. I’m good with ever going back to that location. UPS should be ashamed for these type of people as representatives.

I came here to ship some glass decantersI had been assured that there was someone who knew how to pack fragile items. They did a great job. Decanters arrived without a crack or chip. And fast.Receiver thought it was Bubble Wrap Master Class. Not cheap, but I paid for the expertise.Thanks.

Second time I go there to return something to Amazon. Last time gentleman who helped me was nice and professional in the transaction. Today I waited in line and notice the older lady who was working was rude overall during transactions… when it was my turn she asked me if I was going to send my return without an Amazon package when I said since last year or more Amazon returns are done in the original packaging…. She was rude saying they did not care there, that my business was with Amazon. She was cutting me out any time I tried to explain extra packaging was not longer necessary for Amazon. Well, it obvious she was not happy working today.. she acted very unprofessional. I have used UPS offices for 20 years and this was the first time I had a bad Customer Service. Sad!

I use The UPS Store in Williston and Essex frequently and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I was running errands one day and decided to drop off an Amazon return to the South Burlington location because of my proximity. I had never been there before but assumed it would be smooth sailing as is usual. I was sorely mistaken.I brought in my $150+ Amazon return packaged up in a box (not eligible for package-free return due to size and value) but had forgotten the label on my desk at home. The lady behind the counter told me that I could use the Amazon app to email the label to that UPS Store's location and she would print it for me for $1. How convenient I thought, I don't have to run all the way home. I did just that and she printed it for me, charged me $1 and told me I was all set. I thought it was a done deal. The next day, I track the package. Nothing. The only entry was that the label had been created on the day I initiated the return process online at home. I figured maybe I just had to be patient. Two days later, I track the package again. Nothing. I called The UPS Store and asked them why I wasn't able to track the package that I had dropped off there. They said they didn't know and to call UPS or Amazon. UPS and Amazon redirected me to the location I shipped my package from.Since I dropped the package off 2 weeks ago, I have been running in circles and jumping through hoops to try to locate my package. No one knows where the package is and Amazon won't give me my refund. Everyone I talk to points the finger at someone else - no one bears responsibility. The employees I've spoken to at The UPS Store are rude and dismissive and have said they don't care if I don't use their location again and they don't have time to deal with me.I don't blame Amazon for being skeptical - imagine if everyone called and said they shipped the return and it's lost and asked for their money back anyway? UPS said that they don't know how to locate the package but that the label that I paid to have printed at The UPS Store clearly wasn't used, otherwise there would be scans in the tracking info. So either she used a different tracking number that I don't have and she claims she has no way to identify (no records, even when I give her the date/time I was there?) or my package was never shipped back in the first place. All I know is that the only people who had their hands on the package was the South Burlington UPS Store. If it made it past that location, there's no proof of it. Either way, I will never trust this location again and I'd advise others not to as well.

The woman was quite rude and rushed me, refusing to box item before my leaving the store. I will be calling management and corporate. I did finally get it boxed and it took a whole of 2 seconds. I'll be going to Williston from now on.

Since getting A PO Box here I've had nothing but problems. Staff are completely rude. I'm having issues getting my Amazon packages. And they always want to correct you saying it's not APO Box instead of letting the customer be right doesn't matter if it's APO Box or an address who cares. I plan on either moving locations or getting away from UPS all together because of my bad experiences

the owner Bobby is terrible, he put the wrong labels on our packages, when the packages arrived at the destination we were notified that the wrong stuff went to the wrong places. 4 packages. We called Bobby and he told us he would take care of it when he got back from vacation. Well he is back and when we called him he hung up and we are out a150 dollar vase because the person that received it won't send it back. Bobby is a careless thief

I used this UPS store to ship a graphics card to someone I know. When I brought the card, I asked the guy at the counter if there was any packing air bubbles or packing peanuts to put in the box to help keep the graphics card safe. The man said yes, I just had to pay for the materials, which I agreed to and did so gladly. I also asked for a "fragile" sticker to be put on the box. My friend sent me a picture of the box when it came in and the store never bothered to put any protection in the box with the graphics card. It was just the box with the graphics card inside of another box...no air bubbles, no peanuts, no fragile sticker. To say I'm upset is an understatement. My next day off, I will be going to the store and speaking with a manager. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!8/25/2022 update:I contacted the number that was left for me to contact in the comment by this store and was less than impressed by management. They told me the best they could offer me was the base $100. To be honest, i didnt even bother to respond to them. The item I shipped and that was damaged was an nvidia 3080, for those who know computer parts, $900 product at least. When I went to ship this item, I was asked a simple question "what is it", to which I responded "a graphics card, computer parts". I have never used UPS before this, and one would think the person at the register would know enough to offer extra insurance or to ask how much the product is in order to offer such things, but that never happened. I went ahead to purchase the fragile packing material and fragile package service, but in the end apparentlypurchasing that does absolutely nothing. Here are some pictures to show you the damage.
