Got a really great office chair on sale, and had a coupon for $10 off purchase, so I feel like I got a good buy. This store, at 861 Williston Road in South Burlington had wide selection of products, good inventory, and nice helpful sales staff.

I had my shower invites and thank yous done there. Unfortunately, I didn't check all 100 cards for each order at first, but when I got to writing the thank yous, I found that more than half were way off center. I went back and asked them to remake the thank you cards since I couldn’t use them. The staff was super sweet and said no problem after looking at them. They requested I come back in a few days when they’d be done.
However, when I picked them up and got home, I realized they hadn’t remade them. Instead, they just cut the sides, making the cards much smaller to center them . Now all the envelopes I had already stamped and addressed are too big. It’s upsetting because, after paying so much, not only did they not get it right the first time, but they also didn't redo the order properly and took a shortcut.

Staples always comes through to help with ALL of my needs and problems. I never hesitate to visit any Staples store for help.

I want to hear with my mother today and honestly it was the worst experience of I've ever had they could not direct me to anything that I needed to get they did not know where anything in their store was they were very rude to my mother a certain thing that they thought she should know they did not help her when they knew she needed help you could clearly see that she was confused and all they did was stare at her. This store doesn't even deserve a star.

My 78 year old relative went to Staples in Burlington, Vermont. He brought expended printer ink cartridges for disposal and spent $87.00 on new ones. The young man at the register was exceedingly rude and uncommunicative, leaving his customer with the sense that not only was he ignorant for asking a question to confirm the correct cartridge selection, but also processing the sale was an annoyance. We will buy from Amazon in the future.

I went to staples in a hurry to print something (never a good idea), it was very busy, and my self-service printer got jammed on page 90 of 140. The employee working in the print area (blonde lady, didn't get her name), was extremely helpful to every customer that came into her line. Usually people wait forever and get very frustrated, but she managed the line and people so well, and kept checking on me and offering solutions to help me while she helped everyone else. She took so many extra steps to help me get my document printed at the same time as managing 2 other lines of customers and after crawling on the floor and physically fixing the printer, she finally got the printer un-jammed, and I was able to get my document printed and make it on time for my appointment. Her customer service skills and management skills were unexpected and amazing, and she deserves a raise! Thank you!

Phillip went above and beyond when I needed a laptop cord. On his lunch he went to the other Staples store to get what I needed since they were out at their location. I was amazed. I was from out of town, working remotely and had no car that week. I told Phillip I could call an Uber or something and go to the other store myself to get the cord and he said it was no problem for him to get it while he was out for lunch. Wow! Thanks Phillip! Give him a raise please. :)
