I found this all out after the deal had been done. This shady sales dept completely took advantage of my wife (and myself since I had to sign on to the loan) while she was shopping for a more adequate winter vehicle. They tricked her into getting a used courtesy vehicle for around 37k, far more than the car was even worth brand new. This sales staff is lower than shady used car salesmen, absolute scum. They've ignored all requests to make this right. Do yourselves a favor and shop somewhere else.

I have been a loyal customer of key chevrolet for a long time but under the new management they have zero liability and terrible service. I gave them every attempt to fix the problems they created but after three tries they still fell short.

I told the lady on the phone I don't have credit because I've never owed anybody money. Had me waste $40 on a taxi coming over there for nothing, no I am not happy at all.

Kimberly-Ann Coejust nowNEWMy experience from purchasing my new vehicle to subsequent service has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had. They were dishonest in many different instances, did not communicate with each other, were disrespectful and unprofessional. I would drive out of state to purchase a vehicle before I would ever go here. Management took zero responsibility and we are out a great deal of money and time. I have zero confidence in this dealership. This is my first ever review but that is how strongly I feel. I contacted GMC corporate but there was nothing they could do. I also noticed there are several bad reviews for the same thing. I wish I had read them before enduring this horrible experience.

Nothing like getting ripped off. My moms car wouldn't start- tried to jump it- didn't work. Had the vehicle towed here- this is where she bought it- it's under warranty. I paid $642 for a battery- not kidding! $400 was labor.... 2.5 hours of labor to check the diagnostic of the battery. $188 for the actual battery and an additional $41 to dispose of the battery. Do not bring your car to get serviced here unless you enjoy paying $160 an hour for labor that is not required.

After months of having agreed to host my Bolt Buy back when my vehicle finally arrived they are now refusing to host. Why one might ask. This was stated that since I no longer work at this dealership due to the abusive, sexist, demeaning and inconsiderate nature of the GM I quit along with 3/4 of the sales staff and other departments (Finance, sales manager, sales consultants, receptionist and recon) 1.5 months ago the GM Dallas Rich is retaliating against me though I am still a customer. The fact that corporate was made aware of the many issues and simply placed the complaints for his bullying and sexual harassment claims they placed them in a drawer. Even after the exodus of employees quit in succession and the corporate RD whom resides in Florida as a result of personal improprieties and has no idea as to what happens there on a regular basis left Dallas as the GM. I would stay far away from this dealership, they will read you a book of promises that they will try to deny when it comes time to collect. They will offer you at least $2000 less on your trade than it is worth. Maybe more along with raising doc fees to recoup money they had to give back due to having charged too much to military/first responders, etc. Until that dealership is under different management it will be a place of despair, apathy and ripping off any customers they can while mocking them. Don't believe me go in and just observe. Go in on your own then with an attractive woman and see when Dallas comes to see you. Why is a dealership that historically had 10 sales consultants at minimum has 3? Why is it that they charge upwards of $15000 premiums while still paying their sales person $100 for the sale. If you don't care I get it but now you know shopping at this location is supporting, bigotry, chauvinism, narcissism and abusive management. Oh and truck buyer's listen carefully he is probably doing a bad redneck impersonation, he this you are all useless and d**** Got money or are attractive he will at least act respectful.

Donna was service advisor and Justin was the mechanic. Wanted a diag of a noise since I didn’t want to get under it in the cold. They said it was a chain and quoted 3.3k for 20 hrs of labor (by the way, I did timing on arm Acadia with two chains — it’s a real pain but not 20 hrs of work). They then back pedaled when I wanted assurance since that noise wasn’t coming anywhere near the block. They didn’t want to look into the issue further. So I grabbed my car from them, my car ended up breaking down, and I towed it back to my place. I even apologized thinking they were right all along. They weren’t right. I opened up the engine to find that the timing chain was still ok.Anyways, Justin failed to zero in on the trivial noise; that noise was a simple bolt by the flex plate and torque converter. If I hadn’t broken down after a proper diag, I wouldn’t have caused damage driving with a broken flex plateAlso, I noticed a slightly bent valve and have money to spend, so I asked Donna for an engine replacement quote. Nothing… “let me call you back in 15 mins” translated to nearly 2 weeks of ghosting.Whatever, I would have been happy to give you guys 10grand for a new engine and warranty, but instead I fixed the issue myself and just like that the car drives like it did. Would still be nice to have a new engine though. Also, I want to keep this car through the rest of my 20s and even 30s — I love it. They were even trying to get me to sell it per the “broken chain”. Literally the stereotypical dealership nightmare.

If I could give a zero ? I would. Staff is completely inept and d*** . I busted 1 bolt replacing the struts on my pontiac G6 , apparently its a "dealer item"... Went online and direct from GM was $4.11 shipped . Called them and it was $17.86 and they had to order it because they don't stock it . Now the same bolt can be found on ANY gm car or small trucks , however its not an item they stock lol They said its "because the car is old and pontiac doesn't exist anymore . So you guys don't make the malibu, impala , or ss anymore ? Its the same bolt lol No clue what I was saying . So after ordering , waiting and picking up the bolt the next day I realize theres no nut with the bolt . So you charged me $18 fot a single bolt with no nut ??? Thank God I dont own something new and can fix my own car , because if a bolt can confuse them this much and they charge that much for a bolt? I'd be terrified to have these idiots even look at a car lol. Stay away from these thieves and morons for your own safety. The woman on the phone when I first called made a comment that I should "be grateful its only costing me $20 to get my car back on the road" . When I told her the part was $5 online she caught an attitude and said well if you only knew what we pay for it " Well since GM is selling it for $5 shipped ? Id imagine less than a dollar . NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS AND MORONS THERE !!!

Flew out from Wisconsin to buy a certified preowned 2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD, because they couldn’t find anyone to deliver the truck. Shane was my salesman and everything went through fairly smoothly. He rushed through the showing me the truck, as they seem to be short staffed. On the drive back to Wisconsin, we were about 4 hours from home and the check engine light went on along with DEF fluid light. I contacted Shane through text and told him what was going on. He said he’d talk to a service guy and didn’t hear back. I was able to drive the truck about 50 miles from my house before the truck would only allow me to do 55 mph. So I had to get the truck towed the rest of the way, which was $240. I then brought it to my local GM dealer 3 days later, and they found the issue to be a corroded DEF tank wiring harness. I contacted Shane through text again, as it’s hard to get ahold of him on the phone, and told him what the problem was and it was going to cost $450. He responded by that it should be covered under the certified preowned warranty and he’d talk to his managers and see what they can do. I’ve never heard anything back in about 2 and half weeks.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Communication is not something this dealership thrives in. Was sold a truck and was never told about the $2000 worth of damage the truck has. I have now been waiting a month to get this settled and anytime I ask to speak to the general manager I don’t get to speak with him. The salespeople will not let you speak to him. They are pushy and do not actually take the time to know their customers. Had the truck delivered and it wasn’t detailed (grease and dirty glasses not mine under the drivers seat). Was expecting my salesperson Scott Edward to be there when it was delivered and he wasn’t. I was to deal with people who knew nothing about the sale. I would not recommend this dealership.

Purchased two cars from Scott Edwards! He was incredibly easy to deal with, he quickly found what we were looking for and didn’t pressure us at all to complete the sale! We would highly recommend him! Thanks Scott!
