Had my truck towed here after a front end accident. They replaced the bumper and didn’t fix the mounting bracket so it was crooked when I picked it up. Tow hook was still missing paint and also bent too. Only thing they did that I appreciate is quoted and replaced the headlight that was not part of the accident to insurance.

Not sure where to leave this review as I know it’s not really up to the mechanics what they charge. Management may encourage them to charge a full half hour for a 5 second tire kick. While I’m still confident in the quality of the work, I couldn’t recommend anyone to have their car serviced here. Their hourly shop rate is now 54% more expensive than my local shop that I’ve been going to. With the way dealerships have been making money hand over fist during and after the pandemic it’s pretty unfortunate to see them continue milking us for all we’re worth. When they told me how expensive the work would be I was still charged 84 dollars for the “half hour” it took to rattle my rear brake dust shield and figure out it was indeed rotted out and needed to be replaced.

I bought my car on March 29. 2023. It took the body shop a wk to get my front bumper fixed. I picked up my car on April 8. 2023. While I was in my car I noticed that my center cover was open. And I also noticed I have a few things missing. I talked to the manager at the body shop. And they don't me that they are at fault that fews is missing . And they didn't even bother to check my car was lock. I am not happy cuz the body shop don't lock my car. The body shop said the my key fog didn't work. There is a things that you hit the lock buttons inside the door or take the keys out and lock it from the outside..

Really good shop, they do amazing work, you will never even see that there was any damage, and they have a quick turn around time. I have used them more than once and alway was impressed with their work.

Brought my car in on may 31st after a small accident through AAA. Insurance covered everything and paid them directly was a super easy process. They fixed everything to perfection - identically matched the paint and damaged head light color. I had an issue with the door handle a few months later and when I called they offered me to come in, had it fixed in 10 mins, and didn’t charge me. Super happy with the customer service and work they did will be going there for all my car needs! Thanks a million :)Service: Body & Trim

Not only did the folks at Shearer Autobody beautifully replace my banged in bumper, but they also cleaned my car inside and out. It was wonderful to hop in and feel like I had a brand new car! Thank you Shearer Autobody!

Great shop, they stayed in touch throughout the process and warranty their work. I have unfortunately had work done there multiple times but they have always done solid work.

Paint and body work came out great! I appreciate the fact that they cleaned my car's interior and exterior. What I didn't appreciate was how Patrick addressed my concern after picking up my vehicle. After the repair I as receiving a noise from the front left wheel well of my car where they made the repair. After looking under my vehicle I noticed that the wheel well liner was improperly installed and missing a screw causing the liner to drop into the path of my axle boot causing the noise. Not a big deal, figured I could call and have them fix the liner. Speaking to Patrick on the phone he was dismissive to the fact that the noise could have been cause by their repairs and informed me that he was aware of the noise and that it was caused by the upper strut mount bearing ($500+ repair). He said its very common with my vehicle and that he knew it was the bearing based off the noise. Long story short, after they installed the missing screw the noise went away. I find their dishonesty concerning for the fact that if this happend to someone without a background in automotive service they would have been taken advantage of.
