I wish I started here first! I checked every automotive store I could to try and find some really old fuses for my really old vehicle. Luckily they have all the little odds and ends I needed including more stuff that I've looked for the past. Needless to say I'll definitely be coming here in the future for now on!

These guys had a horrible attitude towards customers.
Much worse attitude was encountered when questions were asked by customers.
If you want to do business with these people make sure that you call them over the phone and know exactly what you want, if you require any help or actual customer service these people will leave you angry and feeling used.
Avoid this business.

Well stocked, easy access location off Williston Rd by the airport. Have your online purchases dropped there for easy free pickup. Glad to have a Napa optiin in town!

Good store, found everything..only when you want to check out.. it seems like you are in a call center, everyone was on the phone and initially wasnt making eye contact with me, I was in the store waiting for checkout, eventually one person looked up..phones were still ringing off the hook.

Was just in this NAPA today and I was blown away by the customer service from Rick. I had a lot of questions and a lot of things to look up and he just kept helping and helping.
