Every time I go to this awesome establishment they are super helpful and professional. If they don’t have the tools or items you need they will get them or sell you the floor model. They are the go to local tool and woodworking items supplier I recommend everyone be a patron to.

Lack of prices for shelf items is a total turn off for me. I know tool pouch prices are high, but couldn't compare one product to another. Ordered one on Amazon and received it in 2 days.Did I mention 4 guys behind the counter never asking me if I needed assistance? ?

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent selection of higher-quality gear. I’d much rather shop here than at the big box stores with untrained staff and (often) substandard goods. While this store seems to cater to pros, I’m just a semi-skilled DIY’er, but the team at Russell Supply treats me well.

Great variety of tools and excellent customer service. When you go through the door you get a pleasant greeting, they are always happy to answer any questions, they will give you great tips about tools and woodworking, and if they don’t have something there or don’t carry something they will recommend places to go to that will likely have what you are looking for.

I am not happy with my first experience with this business. First off I ordered a part for my business and was told 1 to 2 days. I NEEDED this item to complete orders. I ordered one off Amazon and got it in one day after realizing these guys feed me misinformation to complete a sale. I was also told the total would be 53 dollars, turns out they weren't transparent and left out the shipping charges. Shipping charges were 15 bucks and still took 7 days to show up. I am very disappointed as I was hoping to support a local shop and build a relationship. I guess not.
