Lots of nice things in this shop that you don't find in other thrift stores. Very clean, and the volunteers are so nice and helpful. So glad I found this place.

Relatively high prices for used stuff, but more importantly it's run by horrible uptight people. I was shopping here a while back when my 8 year old son had to go to the bathroom. They refused to let him go there. Nail salon next store also has no public bathroom policy, but they were humane enough to make an exception for a little kid.
Another time, one of the woman working there told me in an unfriendly way the wigs I was looking at are only for people with cancer. Yeah well, sadly my wife HAD cancer at that time.
Just awful wretched people.

This was by far not the biggest thrift store I've been in, but it was defineitly the friendliest. Last year, my luggage didn't make it with me when I arrived at the airport, and this wonderful staff at Replays helped me pick out a shirt, pants, and tie for a job I was doing later in the day that I needed. I couldn't have asked for better help. Thank you so much!

way overcrowded , racks stuffed, prices at least double of Goodwill or Restore. anything they think has value they price At Top EBay prices. $80 for a vintage sweater. ordinary blouses, $12. Used men's work pant, $20. pretty dinner plate, not part of a set, $12.00. this store could generate much more revenue if they lowered the prices, held promotions, put stagnant items on clearance, had less merchandise, which makes browsing easier, and got rid of the "we can get what a collector would pay" approach. I absolutely agree the cause of the store is great, just feel strongly they could earn even more with a different approach. staff is friendly and place is well organized and clean.

They've really lost sight of what a thrift store is. The prices just keep going up and up, with so many things priced ridiculously high. $15 for a pie pan, for example. They price things like they're the final vendor in the pipeline. Be the middle man. That way you serve everyone -- the resellers and the people who can't afford to buy things new. It's a bummer for people who live on a limited income. It truly is no longer a thrift store.

Love this place! It's so much fun shopping for bargains here. I have gotten a lot of great deals and had much success finding items that fit me and my style. Their service is great, also.

Such a great place to find treasures! Clean and friendly staff. A second hand store with good and clean quality stuff! If you go in often, staff will remember you! Make sure you ask to create an account when you check out and if you plan on shopping back. If you spend $200 that you accumulate from multiple purchases. I think you get 20% off your next purchase.

This is my favorite local resale store for many reasons. It’s a TRUE thrift store since all items are donated. The net profits go to OUR community, benefiting the UVM Medical Center with services and programs for patients, their families, and staff. It has a GREAT selection of items: clothing, shoes, accessories, artwork, home decor, kitchen appliances & accessories, china, stemware, books, linens, jewelry, toys, vases, lamps, dolls, small furniture, collectibles, etc., etc., etc. And it has FABULOUS sales on a regular basis (which you can follow on Facebook: Replays for the UVM Medical Center or Instagram @replaysresalevt).
