I thought I was out of luck, but the pharmacist sat on hold with the insurance company and ultimately got my subscriber ID for me. She was so committed to helping me. “Walgreens is truly a “One -Stop Shop” experience. Not only does Walgreens have almost everything you could ever dream of to buy, but the staff in amazing !Walgreens is complete with a pharmacy that is also so friendly and accommodating. Every time l visit the pharmacy, the personnel is not only professional but kind and patient.Erica, in particular, was tremendously helpful with being “dialed in” with her attention to detail and willingness to go the second mile in researching the exact coverage l had with regard to insurance . She re-billed me as my Medicare had labeled differently the coverage l had. Erica corrected it and proceeded to carry out the prescription requirements.I must also mention Charie, who consistently is kind, courteous, personable and professional with all members of the public.I love this Walgreen.The entire staff has bent over backwards several times to help accommodate my requests.I highly recommend Walgreens, located in South Burlington , Vermont to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and considerate staff with access to the wonderful variety of items that this store offers.”
