Rachel did a wonderful job. I don't have much experience styling my hair but I've been wanting to start doing a bit more. She explained each step she was doing and why, and was very nice in general. My hair looks great!

I booked an appointment with Rachel and she did not disappoint. As soon as I sat down in the chair she asked thoughtful questions about what I was looking for. She was kind and helpful and extremely professional. I got a shampoo, cut, and dry and it was an astounding 35 dollars...I've been getting used to shelling out 45 or more for a haircut so that was mind blowing. The cut itself was thorough and high quality (she trimmed up my bob and added layering). Rachel was also extremely helpful when it came to answering my question about hair styling. She taught me how to apply dry shampoo and texturing spray properly, and even taught me how to curl my shorter hair!! I learned more in that one appointment than I have anywhere else. The whole experience was lovely. From the coffee and tea available in the waiting room, to the spa-like shampooing experience, I was immediately impressed and happy to have chosen Orbit!

I recently visited Orbit Hair Salon for the first time, stepping out of my comfort zone from traditional barber shops, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, and the salon's ambiance was a simply stunning and relaxing atmosphere.
I got my haircut done by Rachel, and it greatly exceeded all expectations. Not only was she incredibly skilled, but her kindness and attention to detail truly set her apart from barbers I had experienced in the past. Rachel took the time to not only give me a fantastic haircut but also educate me on the science behind maintaining healthy hair. I left feeling not only refreshed but also enlightened. I also loved the part where my hair got shampooed in the head tub thing, followed by a warm wet towel to soothe my scalp - I had never experienced anything like that.
The price was surprisingly affordable, comparable to what I was paying at other places downtown. I never imagined myself eagerly anticipating my next haircut, but this place is awesome!

Do not like that they pre charge your cc for the entire amount of your scheduled service, no matter how far in advance.

Rachel gave me an amazing haircut ! She listened thoughtfully to all my questions and really worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted. I felt very taken care of and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I never leave bad reviews but no one deserves this. The person that serviced me at this salon was Maci and she severely damaged my hair. I asked for a simple cut that would reduce the volume of my hair. I am not sure what went wrong but she ended up shampooing me 3 times and using some chemical on my hair that burned my scalp and even increased the frizz and volume of my hair. To top it off, she cut the bottom layer shorter than the top to make it even poofier. She was not willing to listen to anything I had to say and in the end I left with damaged, soaking wet hair and a red scalp. I am sure this one star is not for the other hair dressers there! My advice is be careful who you get.Service: Haircut

I hired Kerry for my bridal hair and have nothing but fantastic things to say about Kerry and how talented she is. I had two terrible hair trials in a row and Kerry was nice enough to do my hair on a weekend she wasn’t originally planning to work. Kerry made my day so stress free because I knew I was in good hands and was going to love the way my hair looked. I’ve been going to orbit for years now and my whole family goes there as well. I have seen many stylists there and have loved them all. For the past year or so I have consistently had my hair done by Leah and she is so so wonderful and sweet. I hesitate to post how good Cherie is (there is a reason the wait to see her is so long). I had my hair cut, colored, keratin treatment and extensions. My hair is literally perfect. I have that hair that you look at other women and think "why is her hair so perfect!" The answer is Cherie. She recommended awesome products that have allowed me to cut down washes to two times per week. And she is kind and funny. Very happy! Highly recommend her.
