“My 2 year old phone stopped connecting to the network, but since the screen wasn't broken and the phone wasn't lost, insurance wouldn't cover a replacement. I went to multiple Verizon stores over multiple days in my area without a fix. We tried restarting it, new sim cards, esim, factory reset, reset network settings, everything. I have over 200 gigs of pictures, messages, and data on my phone, so factory reset takes hours and hours to get back all my data. I came in to the Shelburne road location and delt with Levi, Zach, another Zach, and Tristan (manager). These reps were SO helpful! After getting through to a Verizon rep on the phone (in store) she wanted us to run through all the same stuff we had already done 4 other times including factory reset. I had a meltdown. After being thrown around store to store for almost a week with no answers and just having my phone thrown through the ringer, I was about to take my phone and smash it in hopes that insurance would finally pay for a replacement. Tristan kindly explained to the rep that we had tried everything 1000 times and how I had unnecessarily been pushed store to store without answers or help and something needed to be done before I left. The lady on the phone ended up sending for a replacement device. Apparently they are out of my device and it could take up to a month for a replacement. All the reps in store came together to brainstorm solutions to get me through until the new phone comes in and I am immensely thankful for all of them. These people take their jobs seriously. They truly care and want to help. If you have Verizon and need assistance, come to this location!”

“I went to another AT&T store and they sent me out within 5 mins and told me it was an Apple problem. I drove to Small Dogs who deals with Apple and the stated they couldn’t help. I walked into this AT&T in the U-Mall and sat here for 1.5 hours and the problem was fixed!! A big shout out to Danyel for all your help! Went about and beyond!”
“My partner and I are in the area on vacation when my phone (which actually uses the T-Mobile network through another vendor, but not T-Mobile directly) decided I had no service. After trying the things I could think of, I stopped by here to ask for help to open my sim compartment. (Thanks Johnathan!) When that didn't help, another great young man, Fred, at the store tried to help us figure out the issue (it was a mystery because there didn't seem to be a reason for the issue). When he couldn't figure it out, he took the EXTRA extra mile and downloaded the map of the area will be in the next few days and our route home. We're super grateful that we found someone that helpful and thoughtful.
I turned the wifi off then my phone off and turned it back on at our hotel and, thankfully, my service came back, but if it happens again while we're so far from home, we're now prepared.”
