I’m very concerned for the people working in this very hot heat at the checkout register. The air conditioner in the kiosk in which they work was obviously not functioning properly and the poor women who was working today was practically needing medical attention. Please look into this and get the AC working. Thank you!

Ordered a dishwasher online set for in store pickup same day. Came in to find they didn't have it, and it was 9 days out.
The girl at the online pickup desk was extremely helpful, and I did leave with a dishwasher. All's well that ends well!

half the stuff I needed was out of stock cam back a month later and i mentionedit to an employee he saud very rudly i should go to the frontbof the store and inform them and thatbitbwasnt his job. the tiles I ordered one box was a different shade white and a 1/16th in wider making the patern not lay out well.
my orders were wrong
they charged me for 2 broken tiles after they said they would remove the charge. the mortar I purchased was past it's shelf life but was still being sold. I layed my tiles and half of the mortar never set and I had to scrape it all up and start a gain.
lowes is the worst quality and the prices are not even that much cheaper. over all 1 out of 10

The girl in the garden center on 5/31 at 8pm was SO kind and helpful. 5☆ for her alone!
Garden center prices are a little steep, and not all of the plants were in good shape. But they had a nice variety, and the customer service was top tier.

I did a pickup order and was helped by Diana who was wonderful! Very kind and exceptional service, I really appreciate the speedy checkout and even with all the busyness was prompt and cheerful. I couldn’t load heavy mulch bags into my truck and she loaded a big order by herself in record time :)

Horrible store!!! I ordered 25 bags of cement to have delivered. I placed the order the 30th of May and they said it would be delivered on the 5th of June. Day comes and no delivery. Call the store and they hang up. Contact Customer service at their headquarters and find out that they never even attempted to put the order through when they had 479 bags of the cement in stock. Still waiting on the order.

We would like to thank Lowe's associate Steve for his help with purchasing lawn furniture last Saturday. He went above and beyond to help us find the chairs we were looking for and also made sure we got the sale price. Great job!

Picked up a PC of plywood and had it cut 3 times. The lady charged me 21.95, but it was marked as 15.95. I didn't see it until I got home. Check out the prices before leaving, even if you are in a hurry.
