We have worked with this branch of Key Bank for well over a decade. We have no complaints and have always found the staff to be very precise and helpful.

Literally stole my deposit to atm on 11/4 @ 8:30 PM and said "unable to accept deposit, contact your closest branch". So give me my money back? Absolutely wild , multi national chain just stole my money. They don't respond to messages left and don't answer their phone either, totally worthless branch/bank in general. Whatever, this will be reported to the FDIC, you get trusted to handle money and then steal outright from your customers? You don't deserve to be in business. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping in, in person to discuss this theft.

I bank at several different banks per week for work and have always found people at Key Bank to be efficient, helpful, and most importantly... accurate.

Don’t bring a child to this branch. There is no public bathroom, even for a 3 year old child who needs to go badly. So much for customer service. We are not going back to this branch ever.

KeyBank’s ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. This business cannot be trusted!!! We had $600 cash and trusted that we could deposit it safely into KeyBank and have it immediately available to us for bills, but that has proven to be very

Watch your account carefully for hidden service charges and fees. They are not transparent about this. I finally closed my account after the second occuence of a surprise maintenance fee on my account. I will never bank with this bank and urge caution!
