Upon examining my ring, Amy assured me the bent center prong & 2 missing stones were repairable & she would take care of everything! In addition, Amy did some problem solving & offered a solution to avoid a similar type of damage to my ring from occurring again.

He explained the features of the penny to my son, why the penny he found was a plating error instead of a double-die, and even gave him some coin books. “They did an excellent job resizing an old gemstone ring that was too tight for me to painlessly put on and take off the finger on which I now wanted to wear it. A jeweler closer to me who earlier had replaced two of the stones hadn't wanted to touch it. Collette Arnold was knowledgeable and professional.”
