Went there to have dual carbs tuned,2100.00 dollars later car is doing same thing it did when brought in.If they would have done compression test, they would have found defective motor.Worst 2100 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life. Now the motor has got to be sent back to manufacturer.Wouldn’t recommend this Buissness to anyone.As a matter of fact, if I new I wasn’t gonna get in trouble, I would have cancelled check.Thats how bad I got screwed!I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night charging that kind of money and giving the car back the same way it came in!

We own a 1981 Porsche Targa SC that we have owned since 1989. Imported car service has taken care of the car for the last ten years or so. The team has been great to work with and the car runs better now than when purchased and serviced by others.

I have an older style VW Jetta Wolfsburg and was more than impressed with the incredibly quick service and professionalism that I received. These guys go out of their way to ensure that you are more than satisfied with the work. It's nice to know that you can still depend on people w/ the expert know how and courtesy in making you feel confident in what needs to be done and quickly achieving that goal.

This is a review of the service department. If you have a weird or obscure car by Vermont standards this is where you go. I have a 1997 Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas that is a joy to drive but I have had many niggling issues with it. Arlo Cota and his team sorted me out in a matter of days. New battery, rear brake rotors and pads, and an electrical gremlin that was keeping the right front headlight from lighting fixed for a total of $1200. That included a fresh new VT safety inspection. Also, the shifter position sensor was getting a little janky and the car sometimes wouldn't start because it didn't know it was in Park. They fixed that. I am looking forward to ICC working on the hydraulic system in my 1987 Rolls. They did me right on my Jag and they'll do me right on my PMC. There are some haters saying Arlo is a shady guy. I disagree. Those people want to drive a distinctive car but get resentful went it costs them more than driving a Camry. I bought one of my first college cars, a 1984 Jetta, from Arlo, and he took good care of me then as he does now. Rob the service writer is also a peach to deal with. Super nice guy. Got a Peugeot? Citroen project? Old fiat? Alfa? Bentley Turbo R? These muhfuhs know what they're looking at. They're the only people in this area who do. If you have an Audi, Subaru, or BMW, I recommend Nate's Automotive in Essex. But if you have something that's weird to others but beloved to you as a regular driver, take it to Arlo and his team.

If you are an owner of a foreign sports car or a model T ... or a Jaguar, this is the best place to service your vehicle in the Burlington region. If you're looking to purchase a foreign car, I suggest taking a good look at what Imported Car can offer. My experience here is 5-star!

If I could give no stars I absolutely would, Arlo is a sleazy used car salesmen in every sense of the word. When were first contacted about the completion of a repair on our recently purchased station wagon we were excited to drive it again, we were even more excited about its warrantee as it had only been a couple weeks since we purchased it. But when we went to pick it up, we received a charge for close to 300 dollars, absolute madness, they denied our warrantee completely with little empathy. It has since been 2 years since we have purchased the car, and we have had nothing but problems. We decided with empty hearts that it was time to let the station wagon go, in one last attempt to keep it we contacted Arlo and asked if the warrantee would cover any repairs. Exactly like last time we received no empathy whatsoever, he was an absolute j*** and refused to listen to any of our questions. He did his best to distance himself from the problem rather than help, and in business customer service should be a top priority. All in all a terrible experience, I recommend going anywhere but here

I wasn’t sure who could work on this 63’ Mini and was referred by Sterling to Arlo at Import Car Center so I have it a shot. I just needed come basic things done and was really impressed with Arlo’s knowledge and extra things he found and was able to fix for me. I had a great experience although I do feel the business operations and communications to the customers could definitely improve. I would highly recommend Arlo to anyone with a classic car such as mine.

Said y husbands car woul be ready on a Tuesday. It wasn't ready until Thursday on 2 separate occasions. It was ready a day later than they said on a third. Three for three-HORRIBLE!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bought a car has been in 3 different shops. They had it for over 6 weeks and didn't fix some of the issues found by others. I've only put 5,000 miles on it and it's a nightmare. 1 star is a gift.
