I used their online portal to try and get and estimate for a simple repair. After four days of no response I called them. The guy on the phone, Travis was pleasant enough but told me the online portal isn’t really useful for them. Which begs the question, why let people use it. Then I tried to schedule an appointment for them to look at it. Only the joke is on me since apparently my car is too old being a 2012. So not only has my time been wasted by a useless portal to nowhere but there isn’t any mention on their website that old cars aren’t even worked on because of the lack of parts. This is of course bs because they only needed to pull out the dent and buff out scraped paint. Worse place ever. Do not go there if your car is older than ten years and do not try to use the portal to get an estimate. Every time I try to get service from heritage Toyota in Burlington I’ve had the worst customer service and now their collision center is just as bad. This company needs to makes some changes for sure!

After a minor accident, this was the only place Tesla would take (that I am aware of in VT). Matt and the rest of the staff were amazing. Matt was very informative and helpful through this process. Everyone else was great and fun, and I apologize I don’t remember names. But Matt was my primary point of contact and he was very good to work with. I highly recommend this place even if you have other options. They are upfront and thoroughly explain everything. Thank you!

This was the best car buying experience I've had ever! Everyone at Ford was really friendly. My sales guy Jake was awesome!
