Repairs are done on time, with vehicles cleaned inside and out before pickup. Customers report that their cars look better than before the accident. The team is very responsive, provides realistic timelines, and gives updates along the way. Heritage Collision Center is highly recommended.

This was a new experience for me. After an initial rocky start understanding procedures, costs and timeline it went much better and my car looks very nice. Status updates were given weekly. This was the only certified body repair shop in Vermont for my brand of car.
