Rich Bettinger is absolutely rude and condescending. I need to sell my car and I saw on their website that they buy cars. Rich contacted me and said ... I should also let you know that we would offer you the actual wholesale cash value for the vehicle as we would still put it through our shop and detailing. Then we need to market it and have it on the lot which both costmoney...So.... you are already thinking of low balling me because of the costs mentioned above....Thanks for letting me know so I don't waste my time with this dealership.Horrible customer service.

Heritage heritage heritage. The H team. What a horrible marketing campaign. I tried to buy a Explorer ST here pre covid. The sales team couldn't be bothered to help me and was just horrible to deal with. Absolute barn fire.I ended up buying the exact same car at a ford dealership in Maine, which was the polar opposite experience, the very next day. The H team simply put drove me out of state for business. What a joke.The service team has been alright working through the 10-15 recalls on that vehicle, but that sadly raises this review from zero stars to one star.I hope we never cross paths again.

Buying and service is a pleasant experience. Everyone from reception to service and mechanics are all very courteous and knowledgeable. I drive 80 minutes and skip a much closer dealer to come here.

I bought a vehicle here in 2013. Have had it serviced here ever since. Quality of service was really good up until 2020. Service post-pandemic has been subpar. The work has been fine, communication while my car is there is non existent.

I recently bought a used car ( 9 months ago to be precise) from them and the battery just went poof. Gone.The guy that gave me the boost said that this battery seems to be old. Or defective.I called them so they can replace it and they simply said no. They will charge me for a new one. I thought that one of the perks of buying an used car from the dealer was that they will respond if anything was wrong with it. Extremely disappointed about their service and the guarantee they offer which in this case proves to be non-existent.Bottom line is: DONT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY OFFER NO GUARANTEE.

We were in the market for a (newer model) used F-150 with low miles and this is one of the dealerships closest to us. We looked at the website and saw a few trucks that peaked our interest. We submitted a form via their website late in the evening and Rich got back to us the first thing the very next day. He wasn't able to get us set up with an appointment in time because we were planning to come in that same morning so he told he would have all our information in a folder with the truck we were interested in at the desk and we could just walk in and let any salesperson know we had talked to Rich and he put our information aside. We were very lucky to have been greeted by Charlie Moriarty. He worked so hard to try to get us the best deal possible and even though we didn't end up buy a vehicle from Heritage (none of the vehicles met our expectations), Charlie was by far the friendliest, most personable and most professional car salesman we've ever worked with. We actually felt bad leaving the dealership without making a deal.

I can't speak to the service center; I've never had to bring my vehicle in/think purchasing additional service warranties via dealer can be a rip up 90% of the time. The review is for purchasing a vehicle- the sales team is very personable and made the process of buying a vehicle seamless. They do get busy on weekends but are very upfront and honest for a car dealership. Charlie was a pleasure to work with!

I have been a customer of heritage for many years and have purchased 5 new cars over a 10 year period. Initially the service was acceptable but over time has disappointingly been slow to almost destructive (there was a broken part inside of a wheel well that only could have been there from a previous service job they did) as well as blame us for damage that they did while a car was in there care. As for recently we brought in a vehicle that had warning lights on it and we had brought it initially to a small garage near our home and they told us and showed us the problem and said they couldn't fix it at there shop and should bring it to the dealer. We brought it to Heritage told them what the problem was. They told us they can have it fixed if we bring it back 11 days later. We bring the vehicle back 11 days later assuming it will be fixed either that day or by the following day. The following day Heritage calls us and says there waiting for a part to fix it (they never said that they were missing parts when we dropped it off) and they weren't sure when they would finish it. I would not purchase a car at Heritage just in the fact that there service is horrible and untrustworthy. DON'T BUY FROM HERITAGE AND DEFINITELY DON'T GET IT SERVICED THERE!!!
