Tons of stuff on display on the way to the register, but the cashiers blow their top on you when you try to look at it while in line. If you're not-white, make sure you don't leave without a receipt. They'll yell at you because they forgot they checked you out (to be fair, it takes them a 1/2 hour to check out three items).

This store used to be my favorite. But like the other reviews say, prices have gone up. From what Ive heard, they send the good stuff to Maine and leave us the less desirable items. $2 now for records! I cant find good stuff anymore, if I do the price is way too much. When it comes to pricing, I think they type in the name of the item in their system. The system will tell them how much to price the item. Therefore, employees does not have the control when it comes to that. It’s all about the Goodwill system. Clean and somewhat organized.

Insanely expensive. Some items are cheaper new at a dollar store.

Irrational pricing. How is a T-shirt $15 and an upholstered side chair $10?

Not a lot of inventory and very expensive! They had a rack where they had taken the “good stuff” and marked it up to regular store prices. Keep in mind, these are still mostly used items!

Extremely overpriced!! I saw soap I bought at Costco for $3 & they had $10 on it. Plastic shoe boxes that normally run $1 was $2 for very cheap quality and spray bottles you find at the dollar store were $3!! Take your business somewhere better. This place is a rip off and does nothing good for the community!!!

I have seen a lot of goodwill's across the West Coast and around the US. And I can say that I have never I mean never seen a goodwill that had is few things as this one did. No Joe, there was five purses on the rack! Everything was junk. I literally walked in and out in seven minutes. This is from somebody that spends a minimum of an hour and a half in a goodwill. I would never come back to this place and I recommend you don't bother.

All of the nice donation get shipped out of the community and out of state. All of the broken items made in China get put on the shelves to be sold to the community. Donate to other local thrift stores if you want your stuff to stay in the local community.

I am done giving them free stuff to sell at a profit. I used to give them a box, now they expect free labor on top of free stuff to sell. I don't have the time to sit for half an hour pulling every donation back out of the box I put it in to organize for you, it's messed up you are trying to exploit free labor considering people are ALREADY donating their items and it's not like you are giving it away, selling used t shirts for 10$... I've given goodwill hundreds of dollars worth of clothing, appliances, tools, and home goods over the years... Never again! Their CEO makes over 700k a year last time I checked... They can pay someone to sort the free goods the public gives them and NOT be snarky. They also raised their prices on everything, it's not about 'goodwill' and helping people, it's just a marketing scheme.

Ridiculously priced. We're officially too poor for goodwill. $15 for a falling apart tshirt, $8 for a baby top. Insane no wonder their the emptiest thrift store around!

went to drop off some donations and they weren't open. all nice shoes in good condition because I wanted to give them to someone in need. A man walked over and asked if he could help as they were not currently open. I said yes could you take these in for me. He stated no there's no one inside right now. I said well you are going in can you take them then. He said no we open at 10. I said that's a shame they are going to get thrown out then because I there's no drop box. He just said ok have a good day. I said not a good job of helping out people since you are going in. He then told me to leave and never come back. I asked for his name so I could contact his supervisor. He said he is the supervisor. I asked his name again and he said if you leave right now I won't press a trespassing order against you. I asked his name again and he said "God", and walked in the store. Not very helpful at all and very rude. if you are trying to help out people less fortunate I suggest donating somewhere else.

Donation hours currently:Mon-Thurs CLOSEDFri-Sun open till 6pmIt’s posted on their door. When spoke to cashier, she said we must have read the internet wrong. That they are the shelbourne address, but mostly disregarded us addressing that the information on their stores page was not up to date, and might be helpful for others. ??Everything at this location is super high priced, and is cheaper at full price at Walmart or target ect.Pro tip: ring the doorbell to get the bathroom unlocked ??

High prices for donated goods. Find a cheaper warehouse and lower your prices on a regular basis and have half off on the whole place often.

Very expensive and not a great selection. More new stuff from Walmart than donations.
