“Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable! We didn’t purchase during our visit because we had some measuring to do. There was no hard pressure sales tactics used- which was much appreciated. We corresponded via email and was able to order exactly what we wanted. I even sent a photo of another piece I saw on line to see if they could make it so that the wood could match and they did! Great job! Very satisfied! Btw- took a bit longer than quoted BUT, quality, custom furniture is not mass produced so be patient! It’s worth the wait!”
“I have had good experiences at this store. They seemed to have the largest selection of higher-end outdoor furniture in the area and I ended up purchasing my wicker porch furniture there (about 5 years ago). I was just about to check out their website for new products and was surprised by the negative reviews, but I do recall they weren't great at returning emails. Was a family run business last time I was there.”
